Well, “the swatches on all skin tones” is a wonderful idea 😉 But I’m happy you are not getting in “professional” area. I love to know you do all of this for make-up passion and not for money 🙂

After “Temptalia for MAC” last year I knew you would come up with something funny this year.
I even think “Temptalia for MAC” would be fantastic, I think MAC totally owes you that!
I would vote “Temptalia for MAC”!!! For sure!

Truthfully, I found last year’s joke more exciting (MAC Temptalia themed collection), and was more disappointed to read the final sentence of it. But love the creativity and thought you put into it, Christine!

Got me!!! But hey… Luv the idea! Maybe not a magazine cuz that would be totally time consuming for you, but, maybe some swatches or looks on other skin tones once in a while would be awesome.

I still remember last year’s MAC FOR TEMPTALIA Collection, though 😀 😀 that was truly a good one!

I have a feeling with your creativity and intelligence, you already realize that this is an awesomely fantastic idea and with a website like this you’d have NO trouble getting the financial backing to start this up!

I’ve been fooled, but I’m SO DOWN for this idea!

I momentarily believed that you were launching an e-(maga)zine akin to the Temptalia newsletter. In this digital age, it never even occurred to me that anybody would launch a print magazine. If I thought you were launching a print magazine, I would’ve instantly known this was an April Fool’s joke. But because I automatically interpreted this post as you launching an e-zine, I thought this was a very plausible announcement.

I totally didn’t fall for it, but it would be a nice feature 🙂 My favorite prank of all time was last year’s MAC collection (which I DID fall for). I really do wish those colors were real!!

Heh, got to admit, I initially thought “Oh, sprucing up the newsletter into a real online magazine huh?” Print is so…well, new magazines aren’t coming out much anymore, and for stuff that you want to make so up-to-the-minute like new beauty releases, it’s just not that relevant. So my initial thought wasn’t even that you were doing a real print thing 😛

Last year was the greatest. I really and truly fell for that. But that’s because I think it could come true some day.

I think there is room for print, but print needs to focus on doing what online can’t – like in the beauty sphere, what bloggers can’t do. It’s probably not the first thing I’d do if I had pots o’ money to invest in Temptalia, but for existing print publishers, I think there are ways to survive and provide value.

Actually magazines are selling more then they ever had. There is somthing about being able to hold it in your hand thats pleasing. I know for sure rolling stones is doing better then it ever had despite the internet.
