Sneak Peek: MAC In the Flesh Eyeshadow x 15 Palette Photos & Swatches
MAC In the Flesh Eyeshadow x 15 Palette ($65.00 for 0.68 oz.) is a new, limited edition neutral-hued palette with a mix of matte and shimmer eyeshadows. I hope to have a review up before it launches (March 2nd).
I don’t think this is at all necessary though I love nude eyeshadows. Would have been nice if they included some discontinued favorites like bamboo or kid
Well talk about a limited concept of what flesh tones look like, many of these shades wouldn’t even show up on a lot of skin tones. Super disappointing from MAC.
Swatches look so-so but I know that will not stop me from purchasing this when it launches on March 2nd; the 15 pan palettes are the only MAC product I’ve liked over the years and I have all of them so of course I “need” this one. In fact, I’ve been stalking MAC and Nordstrom hoping for an early release.
I love these palettes that MAC put together but the swatches of some just look plain bad!! Can’t wait to read your thoughts on them!
This color selection looks like it would have been very exciting a few years ago.
Ah, this palette looks amazing but some of those swatches look a little patchy, which concerns me. I can’t wait to read your full review!
What happened to Indiscretion? I’m underwhelmed.
I think the colors look nice together, though given my fair skintone, most of these would probably end up looking the same on my eyes. I have the Nordstrom all matte palette, and the colors in here are reminiscent of that, with different finishes, of course.
Indiscretion looks terrible, rest will probably be fine with primer. I like how this is a cooler toned palette, very hard to find
I’m hoping this will be available at Macy’s or in-store at MAC, since I’m boycotting Nordstrom…
Hmmm….not as great as their other 15 pan premade palettes, I fear. And not as cohesive in thematic either.
I dunno, some of the shades are SO stunning, but some are just YIKES!
My first thought: 15 shades of blah… There are so many neutral palettes out there that paying $65 for sub-par mattes, a dismal glitterbomb and a few okay shimmers is just not going to happen!
Oh oh – some of those mattes are pretty patchy and some of the glitter shades are average too. Some super pale peachy shades that probably won’t show up on lots of skin tones.

I was hoping MAC would improve their eyeshadow formula, but I guess I’m asking for too much.

I’m over the nude trend, personally. Give me color or give me death!
I’m not really interested in this palette as most shades won’t show up on me. But I’m loving Rustique. Definitely looking forward to the dupes for that shade.
