MAC Nutcracker Sweet Colour Collection
Here’s a sneak peek of the upcoming MAC Nutcracker Sweet Colour Collection, which will launch October 20th online (full details here.
MAC’s big holiday collection is extremely vast, so you’ll see the collection split on the blog and referred to as Colour for the individual products, Palettes & Kits for most of the compacts/palettes/kits, and then Minis. I’m working on getting photos and swatches edited for about half of the kits, but I was only able to get about half of the products done yesterday. I’m hopeful that I can roll through the rest either today or tomorrow with more sneak peeks to come. Thank you for understanding and for your patience!
Love Leap of Delight! It’s so hard to find a purple lipstick that’s not too dark or pulls too grey on me. Fingers crossed it performs well!
I hope so too…. I’ve always found MAC Cyber to be a bit too dark. This looks like it could be a winner!

That sweet vision powder is soooooo beautiful, I think I’ll splurge this time! The shadows are kind of dissapointing though, I was expecting more glitter and intensity

Most of the eyeshadows look kinda blah… But Sweet Vision looks nice!
Sweet Vision looks very Orgasm-y to me.
The blushes look wonderful! Some of the eyeshadow swatches look a bit patchy 🙁

That looks like an adorable collection, and I’m thrilled to see a new shocking pink for my brand loyal Mama (has only worn MAC lippies for 32 years!)
OMG!!! Leap Of Delight looks like my dream purple lipstick!!!
Also, a toss up between Pretty Dainty e/s and Sweet Vision. If Sweet Vision can be used on BOTH cheeks and eyes, I want it!
I am so excited about this collection. Sweet Lullaby eyeshadows looks pretty and so does the Magic Dust powder.
The eyeshadows from this collection seem dreadful expect for 2 shades. I was expecting them to be more of a pigment type formula based upon the name. Hopefully Leap of Delight performs well, I am sucker for for a good purple lipstick. The powder in Sweet Vision looks lovely.

Getting all the lipsticks and the magic dust powders! Eyeshadows I will have to swatch myself but Dark Lullaby and Forward March are stunning.
As long as I can find Leap of Delight, I’ll be happy!
I wish Dark Lullaby had better pigmentation to it, it could’ve be so pretty! Maybe it’ll be better on the eyes?
I do really like Leap of Delight though, more than Saucy Little Darling which I thought I would like.
Yes to SweetVision, whether you’d wear it or not! How lovely. Lots looks good and the colors cover a lot of ground, but work together nicely. Looking forward to your look(s.)
Here’s hoping the lovely Sweet Vision is more corally pink than straight up orange.
The lipsticks are exceptional.
Urgh I’m trying to spend less on makeup but o no, Mac come along with that Kingdom of sweets lipstick that I can’t not buy. Also liking quite a few other things in this collection, pink is my favourite colour 😀

I’m in love with the lipsticks and beauty powders. The eyeshadow swatches don’t look so hot, but I’ll reserve judgment till I see reviews on how they perform on the eyes. I just adore the hot pink and purple theme for this collection.

Both blushes (excuse me — MAGIC DUST POWDERS) look lovely! They might have to make it to my blush collection. Yum Yum Yum looks kinda sheer and glittery, but I could find a use for that on occasion.

I see good, and I see less good, and then there are some that might be stars like the purple lipstick, Leap of Delight. It must be mine, unlsee it gets an F-.
Sweet Vision looks very good. A few othe lipsticks are tempting, and maybe one or two of the eyeshadows. I suppose I’ll be able to start planning for the big holidsy haul from MAC soon. 🙂
Ooooohh.. Sweet Vision looks like that pretty blush color in the NARS Dual Intensity Palette. Hope this MAC one is better than the NARS because I couldn’t get it to work for me, ended up returning, and have been looking for something similar! Plus, I love the packaging! Also, does Dark Lullaby look similar to MAC Sketch?
I was vaugely interested in the Magic Dusts, just because I didn’t know what they were and pretty face powders are definitely a weakness of mine. Sweet Vision is gorgeous, but of course looks near identical to Bareminerals The Natural High (which I own). Easy skip on this collection for me. Looking forward to the swatches from the sets and the minis though. I like to pick something up from MAC Christmas if I can, the collections are just so cute and fun.

Nothing spectacular , exciting or something like I don’t already have . I’m sure saving a lot of money this year with all of the holiday collections that are lacking in uniqueness .

is it just me or sweet vision looks a lot like Nars Orgasm?
While only a couple of the shadows caught my eye, all of those lipsticks look pretty nice! I look forward to reading reviews on them, especially Leap of Delight.
This collection is really underwhelming me so far. Sweet Vision is the only must-have I see here! And definitely one of those cheek palettes from the palettes & sets (whisper of gilt I think is the highlighter from it) but I think that’s it!
Everything is so pretty! I’ll definitely pick up the Sweet Vision Magic Dust Powder for myself and the Yum Yum Yum for my sister for Christmas. The lipsticks are all so vibrant and pretty too; Leap of Delight, especially. Loving this collection so far!

Like I really need another purple lipstick, but that Leap of Delight shade is gorgeous! I will be curious to see what the dupe will be for it. In any case, it is definitely and must on my “hopefully” short list. 🙂
What a lovely collection! The blushes are certainly pretty, and I see at least one or two eyeshadows and lipsticks I’d wear. I can’t wait to see sneak peeks of the rest of the collection.
Is the magic dust powder for face or eyes, or both? It seems a little too shimmery to use as a blush, but Im no blush expert.

Online release date is for MAC’s website! They usually launch their collections early exclusively.
