As promised, Cult of Cherry swatches bright and early! 🙂 And just in time – class starts in four minutes, LOL. (Unfortunately, Honolulu’s MAC store (in the airport) did not have the launch in at all.) I didn’t even have time to buy anything this morning – I’ll head back after class to get a few things.

Awesome! So much makeup and I have so little cash! I’m going to the event tomorrow, but I checked out the colors yesterday. I am so excited, (when I originally thought I wouldn’t be because I was worried that everything would be too dark, but some of the lipsticks/glosses are ok on me). YAY!

Is it just me, or is “Sharp” SOOO random in this collection???
I know, Sharp seems random, but when you see someone actually wearing that quad it looks really good!

I’m really not feeling the eyeshadows now that I see them swatched. But I am thinking about going back and getting Chock-ful and Liqueur
They’re okay, but they just don’t stand out in comparison to the lip products!
The only one I am loving is SMUDGED VIOLET. I can’t justify buying a whole quad for one shadow. I am waiting for the Manish Arora palette to get deep truth as well.
So far, I’ve picked up lightly ripe l/s and jampacked l/g.
Christine, do you know any dupes for smudged violet?? And how would you describe ‘O’ lipstick?? It looks different in every swatch I’ve seen! 😀
Mauvement or maybe Shale eyeshadow (perm).
O lipstick is a berryish-red color, but subdued. It has some brownish-red in it.
I would think the first Honolulu MAC store at Ala Moana shopping center had it though. It’s too bad you didn’t have a long enough layover to take a stroll through there.

I thought I could get away with only getting Cult of Cherry and Jampacked, but now I want O, Lightly Ripe, Rich N Ripe, Cherry Blossom and Blossoming too. And of course Illegal Purple.

I got all 3 quads – unbelievably the only colours I already had out of all of them were Nanogold, Next to Nothing & Dark Edge, so they were good purchases for me.

My boyfriend is being so sweet and he promised to buy me one quad, one blush, 2 l/s and 2 l/g. Plus 3 piggies from Overrich. Tonight is going to be a major haul!

I have the tempting quad and already had the “O” l/s. Any suggestions for blush to wear with the l/s??
Blooming would be pretty. So would peachy-pink blushes, like Peachykeen 🙂

I love it! It’s a dirty coral – it’s like a coral, but with a little bit of brown in it – not in a bad way.
