Best Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Formula

What's the Best Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Formula that you've tried?

MAC Extra Dimension Eyeshadows come to mind! I like them because they are usable both wet and dry, and they don’t completely fade if you use them damp either.

I’ve never tried a shadow on the waterline, except to “set” a pencil/cream liner… That said, I really wish Revlon would bring back their Wet/Dry eyeliners! They were incredible.

I like both the MAC In Extra Dimension ones and Nars Dual Intensity – both deliver nicely used wet or dry, though as I rarely go for a full on, intense look, I prefer using them dry almost all the time, though it is nice to have the option or to use them as liners.

Actually, I don’t think I read the question right. Sorry, the congestion related to my virus resulted in a secondary throat and ear infection, and I’m a bit out of it.

If we’re talking about wetting a powder eyeshadow to make eyeliner and using that in the waterline, then I haven’t tried that. Liquid liners don’t work well in waterline, so I’ve never bothered to try.

I love UD which is a wet dry formula and have a great time with it. Actually, I try almost all powder shadow as wet dry and haven’t had a problem yet.
