I’d say it’s just about five minutes or so in the morning, and then at night, more like fifteen!

I almost want to say more in the morning than the evening. I take about 5 mins in the morning, and 5 or less at night. Mostly, because I don’t have a regimen for nighttime right now. Just wash! (Whereas daytime is wash and then moisturizer-sunscreen, then makeup) I just don’t know what to use right now, and have no money to get anything.
But I have to ask! What are you using at night, Christine?
I’ll tell you what, it takes a lot longer to get MAC to put Saint Germain on their website! I’m sorry, I’m just feeling the small victory and need to shout it from a mountain top – I REALLY needed a victory today…
KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!!! Haha 😉
Yea, I probably wouldn’t post this either 😉 LOL! Sorry for the crazy, make-no-sense post! Tack it up to an insanely crap day and thus, over-excitement at watching a lipstick that I’ve been arguing with MAC to put on the site for MONTHS finally showing up on-line! LOL!
Saint Germain was kind of my talking point with MAC over the last several months that I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at MAC Pro to ask why their site is so messed up (products are often out of order or missing on the site that they carry in stores). I kept getting passed around until I finally got the person in charge of MAC Pro yesterday. About 6 hours later Saint Germain popped up on line to purchase (I was actually on the site when it showed up). It’s a VERY SMALL change, but it’s a start… I hope they continue to fix all the issues with the site.
Anyway, that’s all 😉 Haha! Sorry for the bizarro post!
AH! You posted it anyway! You’re funny – Hehe 🙂 (that’s me being slightly embarassed.)
I think I totally misread the comment, getting your reply, LOL.
About five minutes at night, and slightly less in the morning.
In the morning- about 2 mins. In the evening – maybe 3 mins because I rub my elizabeth arden capsules on.
About 5 in the morning and 10 at night… I use a few products, but they are killer.
Probably 2 mins in the morning and 5 at night (maybe 7 if it’s exfoliation day!)
In the morning it takes about 3 minutes just washing and applying moisturizer/spf and eye cream. At night it’s basically the same except it takes like 20 minutes since I let my moisturizer dry then apply spot cream for my acne and longer if it’s a mask night like tonight. I’m sitting in the loveliness that is Lush’s Cupcake.
Typically its about 10 minutes in the morning and 10-20 minutes at night (shorter time if I’m really sleepy!). However I can spend up to, or even more than, an hour at night if I decide to do a mask or something like that. I really enjoy having those extra relaxing time!
i take forever in the bathroom… i think it’s mostly because i don’t rush anything i do, rather than the fault of my routine haha.
2 minutes! 1 to take off make-up & 1 to put on an aloe moisturizer/mask 🙂
In the morning it takes about 20 minutes, wash gel, toner, moisturizer and sun screen with time to let the products sink in.
In the evening about 5 minutes max, wash gel, toner and night creme.
Always 10-15 minutes 😉
In the morning about 5 minutes.
In the evening about 10/15 minutes depending on how much make-up i have on.
XOXO
In the morning about 5 minutes, and at night something between 7-10.
In the morning at most 5mins, in the evening it would be the same if i’m not wearing make up, if i am wearing make up it can take upto 15 mins as I like to make sure I get as much make up off as possible and as gently as possible.
Similar to yours Christine. In the mornings I wash my face in the shower (just water), then apply my Guerlain Orchidee Imperiale serum and cream. Done. In the evenings it’s make up remover, face wash with scrub, toner pads, eye & lip creams, face cream. Every 3 days I also use either a mask or exfoliator (Mac Volcanic Ash normally). Sometimes I use pore cleansing strips as well. It adds up though, I usually spend 15-20 minutes in the evenings.
10 to 15 in the morning and 30-40 in the evening!
5 min in the morning and about 15 min at night
About 5 minutes in the morning and about 8-10 minutes at night. Unless I’m doing my weekly mask and deep exfoliation, it takes about 15-20 minutes (waiting for the mask to sit before removing).
In the morning, at least 5 minutes. At night, at least 10 minutes.
makeup removing takes AGES. annoying!
In the morning, after showering, I clean my skin with toner and apply eye cream and a moisturizer with spf, this takes me about 5 minutes. I wait about 10 minutes and then apply a tinted moisturizer (also with spf).
In the evening I clean my skin with a cleansing milk and toner, after which I apply a night cream. This takes me 5 minutes if I’m not wearing any make-up and 10 minutes if I am. Once to twice a week I use a facial mask, that adds about 10-15 minutes to my normal routine.
I also exfoliate twice a week, but I do that while showering and it doesn’t take me much more than a minute.
5 in the morning and 5 at night. I wash my face with cool to lukewarm water a few times and then dry with a towel. Then I apply my eye cream and face cream. I do the same at night !
In the morning … around 5 minutes and at night time, 10-15 minutes … although to be honest, I’ve never really counted. Some nights I’ll exfoliate, so a little longer those nights (about twice a week)
As bad as this sounds, I only wash my face once a day, usually at night for about 10 minutes. In the morning I just use a makeup wipe and sunscreen and I’m out the door.
All of 1 minute b4 applying make up But when removing it I would say about 2 minute. Unless I am doing a mask. Then 15. 🙂 Cleansing, toning, moisterizing doesnt have to take long. 🙂
About 10 minutes in the morning, and 15 at night. I always give my moisturizer at least 10 minutes to absorb before applying make up, which is why it takes so long.
I only spend about 2 minutes in the morning, and about 15 at night. I would spend longer in the morning, but i am NOT a morning person! Id rather have a few extra minutes of sleep 🙂
about 5 minutes morning and night…..but I have to wait 1/2 hour after cleansing to apply Retin-A at night.
About 5-7 minutes in the morning and night. I always cleanse, tone, and moisturize. Then once a week I use apricot scrub and use a mask.
5 mins in the morning and about 15 at night, once a week about 30mins at night as I do a peeling and a mask
AM:
5 minutes, however long it takes to wash my face, sometimes tone it up and moisturize.
PM:
10-20 minutes, depends on if I am wearing the DDF 10% sulfur mask
Not very long. In the morning, I wash my face and put a moisturizer w/ SPF and eye cream on. If I’m doing my makeup, I’ll also put a mattifier on my T-zone area. At night, I put moisturizer, acne cream and eye cream on after washing my face. Sometimes I exfoliate, use a mask, or a peel.
20 to 30 minutes for me!
about 2 min.
pond’s cold cream to cleanse AM and PM.
sunscreen in the am.
that’s it.
My skincare routine tkaes 10 minutes in both morning and night. 🙂
I think the best skin care routines are to the point and should take no more that 5 minutes in the morning and five minutes at night. Even though I’m a guy, I wash my face every night. This has made such a dramatic improvement in my life that I never drop it. And since I’m 42, I now use a serum that my wife create. Called the daily serum. It will be out at the end of July, 2011.
