So pretty! And Spring-y!
I wasn’t expecting another Chanel spring line! But, I’m interested to see how this does. I’m liking the perles and the quad. But, with Chanel’s prices and inconsistencies, I’m waiting on reviews.
I accidentally grabbed Iridescent and I’m glad! Screw a no buy. I used gift cards. I really love everything here. Gray eye dreams! Chanel collection slayed me last year two times and now this year is perfect with it and also last year TF noir! That inky pencil and cream color duo also slays with this! Sorry wallet. Fleur de Pierre, Rouge Noir and TF cream color in Night Sky, Sphinx, Siren Blue, Opale, Burnished Copper and Midnight Violet will make these lippies and eyeshadow quad sing in so many ways! I’m hyper like a kid at xmas imagining combos! ?
Also I think the promo picture is gorgeous!
I had no idea this collection existed until yesterday, heard it was only available online from Chanel. It’s interesting how they have 2 different collections for spring, one with more traditional spring colors (pinks, whites, soft colors) and one with bolder colors like L.A. Sunrise. I always thought the L.A. Sunrise one looked more like a summer collection to me.
Interesting!
Something I don’t understand: Chanel uses very light skinned models for their campaigns but even their lightest foundation shades would look orange and way too dark on said skin tone. We need more shades, not only for light but also very deep skin tones!
A complete pass for me on this collection. Sad because Pearls are definitely a trademark ‘gemstone’ for me. I wear pearl earrings a great deal. While the highlighting duo embossing is super pretty, I’m thinking of springing for the new Hourglass (Iridescent) instead which I think would ultimately work better for me.
Ordering!!! Love the promo picture and color scheme! It will work well with many products from last year and just recently. ?
These look promising! Can’t wait to read some reviews.
Just LOVE that eye shadow quad (even though it has a pink in it). Those grey colours are beautiful and I love the pairing with a cream colour instead of white. The lipsticks look good too.
Having seen the testers, I predict that the best seller will be Rouge Allure Indemodable. It is beautiful. The pearly palette is too pale for my liking and something about it looks like cheap drugstore makeup to me.
If these all review well I can definitely see myself purchasing the entire collection!
I am waiting for your reviews on the perles and the two lippies. If they are as good as they look, I am definitely grabbing them. Those two lipstick shades look like they would carry me through the spring all the way to summers. Sad they are LE. All of these look so pretty.
I think that may be one of, if not the only HE promo pic I’ve seen that looks so ‘no makeup, makeup’. Pretty, though! The eye quad is a maybe, if it performs well; pink and grey is a fave combo for me. And the blush/illuminator is lovely.
