Softly Rockin' is described as a "warm taupey grey [with a Lustre finish]." It's a light-medium taupe with neutral-to-warm undertones and a frosted finish. This shade also arrived broken, so it was harder to tell just how smooth it was, but it didn't seem that sparkly or glittery as you might expect a Lustre to feel like. It had semi-opaque coverage and lasted for eight hours on me. Urban Decay Verve (DC, $19.00) is more shimmery (90% similar).
