The Colorful Blush formula is supposed to be long-wearing, buildable, and have a lightweight texture. My experience with the formula has shown that they’re soft, lightly powdery at times (some are worse than others) with semi-sheer to semi-opaque color coverage that blends fairly well and lasts seven to eight hours. There is some variance between shades, but there are some gems in the range. Love Sick leans slightly cooler-toned, but on my warmer skin tone, it looks a lot warmer applied to my face as blush, but I fully expect it to be truer-to-color on those with neutral or cooler undertones. The texture was soft, smooth, fairly blendable while having buildable coverage that went from semi-sheer to mostly opaque with two to three layers. There’s a very subtle sheen to the finish, especially as it is worked into the skin, but it doesn’t look shimmery–more like a natural finish that looks like skin. It wore well for eight and a half hours on my normal-to-dry skin.

This looks SO pretty on you, Christine. I think I’ll add this to my wish list to replace MAC Desert Rose (that thing just will NOT die!!!) I know the colours aren’t the same but I need to move out at least one blush before I move in any more!

This blush looks lovely! I’ve really been impressed with a majority of the Sephora Collection products. Can’t wait to pick this up on my next Sephora run!

Such a nice, fresh shade of blush! It just radiates “happy”! Makes me feel kinda bad that several years back when I bought Nyx Desert Rose at my daughter’s urging, and then about a month later returned it because I thought it looked to “clownish”or “old-lady rougey”….but this one doesn’t look clownish or old-lady rougey at all, I actually like it!

Very pretty pinky blush that looks good on you Christine. Love this line and pleased that some of their blushes are getting an A. I would go for a peachy colour myself.

Hey Christine,
It looks like there’s a little divet on the side so the color can be popped out? Are the blushes in a metal pan that can be popped into a z-palette?
