Surratt Beauty Soigne Lip Lustre ($32.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is described as an "elegant sparkling rose." It's a light-medium pink with warm, yellow undertones and lighter pink and gold shimmer. It had semi-sheer pigmentation that covered evenly for the most part. Again, it had a tacky texture that helped it last for five hours, but it was still hydrating and very smooth and easy to apply.
