Chanel Desirio (643) Le Vernis Nail Colour ($27.00 for 0.40 fl. oz.) is described as an "intense magenta." It's a brightened, medium-dark berry-pink with a cream finish. It had almost opaque coverage after a single coat, but I used two in swatches to be sure. It dried down to a high-shine finish and was incredibly easy to apply.
