Ocean Breeze Eyeshadow ($5.99 for 0.05 oz.) is described as a "metallic deep green/blue." It's a dark, navy blue with a frosted, sparkly finish. It's a warmer take on blue compared to Nautica. It had fairly good color payoff, and the texture was easy to work with on the eye and blended well, but it was a bit drier. The color wore well for eight and a half hours before starting to decline.
