Don’t worry about it, thank you for the reply! I bought Rouge Byzantin thinking it would be a shimmery version of Love Goddess, but now I think Mme Batifole might fit the bill better, since it’s pinker. What do you think? 🙂

While it is not the same as the kind of aluminiun that was proved to cause cancer, the fact that it is a form of aluminium makes it a neurotoxin…and that ain’t no good if one ingests it.

Another thing to consider is that the body has tons of substances in it naturally or coming from food that may lead to a reaction that can turn an aluminium salt into another, the chlorhydrate one. All there is needed is a switch of some sort. Tap water has a lot of chlorine in it so voila. There are still a lot of bad stuff that are harder to avoid but I can avoid this one.

Too much controversy around this one for me so I prefer to avoid it. Also, it does accumulate in the fatty tissue of the body. Accumulation is a detail that so many forget. Yes, a tiny dose found in a product that is consumed once is not harmful….but what if it never leaves the body(unless one loses all his fat or something)? Tiny dose over tiny dose everyday will result in a high accumulation.

And of course it can act as an antioxidant(well, it does artificially preserve food, right?) but at what cost? And doesn’t that make is pretty indestructible? That’s another feature that makes it accumulative. One must be seriously dumb or from a dead planet to use this for the purpose of it being an antioxidant considering its side-effects. Vitamina E, C, B17(found in apricot kernels and other seeds), the Q10 coenzime, green tea and goji, especially, are the best natural antioxidants. You’ll never get cancer from this stuff.
