Chanel Inspiration (64) Le Blush Creme de Chanel ($38.00 for 0.09 oz.) is described as a “soft blue pink.” It’s a light-medium pink with cool, blue undertones and a satin-matte finish. theBalm Argyle is brighter, darker. Edward Bess Filled with Desire is similar. MAC Stay Pretty is slightly darker. MAC Rosy Outlook is warmer. MAC So Sweet, So Easy is a smidgen lighter. Bobbi Brown Nude Pink is darker. See comparison swatches.

Though it’s a paler color, it had really buildable, true-to-pan color payoff that still enabled the color to show up on my medium complexion–and surprisingly, it didn’t turn ashy or chalky against my skin tone, either. For really pale complexions, this would be a lovely everyday kind of blush, and one of the easier shades to use from the Le Blush Creme de Chanel range, because it’s nearly foolproof compared to some of the darker shades. On bare skin, it lasted well for almost eight hours and was noticeably faded after nine hours. Over foundation, it didn’t turn patchy and sat well on it for nine hours and I saw faint signs of fading at ten hours (really!).

Oh my word, this is sooo pretty. *Sigh* Thank goodness I can no longer buy from Chanel because otherwise I’d just throw my wallet at them.

This is the shade I ordered and while it is paler than I expected, I still think it is going to be a purdy. I do want to grab a few more shades from this line of blushes.. or maybe I should hold out and check out those gorg Marc Jacobs powder blushes.. Ooohhh.. so many temptations.

I got this one too!! very pretty and long-lasting
I am fair skin ..I think this pink is already pink enough for my skin
I won’t buy another pink in this collection, i am afraid they are too pigmented for my skin

Christine, would you mind telling me how do u apply this cream blush? by fingertips or brush?thanks

Another blush from my adored Chanel that I love, seriously from the four that have been reviewed I love three! But I will swatch in person and settle for one in the end, this seems nice but I don´t know if it would be too light for my NW15 complexion…

I am totally obsessed with these blushes. I was at four different department stores today looking for this color and it was sold out everywhere. Along with several of the other shades. Apparently these have been an even bigger hit than expected, although I’m not surprised. I loooooove them.

Why doesn’t my Insperation look like that? i swear the one i ordered from nordstrom is darker…. Still like it … Need to see them in person. Love the shade it looks in your picture. I wish it looked light pink on me. I’m pale/ cool toned. even checked the back, to make sure the right name was on it. I love the shade it looks like on you!

Ok I just looked @ mine, it is light. Just doesn’t look that light on me. Thought it would be lighter. Still like it. I like how it looks peachy-pink in your pictures.

This is the one color I have on my wish list. It’s such a nice everyday blush color. I can’t wait to buy it when I have the money.

This is the cheek color I have been searching for! I wondered though, I have oily skin, do you think this will be hard for me to wear?

Surprisingly, this soft blue based pink actually looks good on my NC40-42 skin. I do get darker and not sure how it will look then but I wouldn’t be surprised if it even looks better when I’m darker. Like the feel and wear and the fact that it’s a cream blush.
