My favorite is 1. Lancome Designer. Because if you’re going green you might as well go dark green! I struggle with this color because I have brown eyes with a bit of green. I find that this shade can look too blended with my eye color. As a fellow brown eyed girl, what do you think are the best eyeshadow colors for brown eyes?

Christine, your 5 Ways posts are my favorite! I only have the Comfort Zone color as I don’t really gravitate towards this kind of shade but those Inglots look quite lovely.

I’d have to add Stila La Douce to your list – it is gorgeous and, oddly enough, I am wearing it today for the first time in a while. I also like MAC’s Sumptuous Olive but it can go sort of muddy and look more brown than green if you over-blend but still, it had a place in my heart.

I’ve been wanting to try lancome designer because I bought mac sumptuous olive and i don’t know if maybe I just got a bad one or if they are all like that but it doesn’t have good color payoff at all, i have to pack on a ton to get it looking right.

I know you’ve had a few of these “5 great color” posts and I’ve wondered if you had done some for antiqued gold? I know olive green is similar but I wanted to see something slightly more golden. I tried searching but I couldn’t find it. I know you are such a huge fan of antique goldish colers so that why i ask. Thanks!

I absolutely love theBalm All About Alex…guess you could call it an olive with other shades mixed in…seems to take on different tones based on what shades I wear it with. It is the most versatile green I own. One of my favorite colors from them, and I own every palette they have made.
