Hi. Blue mercury is having their holiday parties coming soon. Check out their events page on bluemercury.com. Some stores sell chanel and Trish mcevoy and Bobbi brown, as well as la mer and many other high end lines. Each store has a different date. You can presell ten days before the event. I literally gasped when I saw the UD Revolution Lipstick bundle!!!!! I only have drugstore lip products and have been wanting to venture out to high end brands and this formula/line is at the top of my list!!! Do you know if these are full size? OMG. I am trying not to get too excited. I hope they don’t sell out! I am definitely getting them!

I am also thinking about the Smoked Palette….hmmm…..I’d rather get the lipsticks…..

YEEEEEEEEE!! I’m so excited for the Urban Decay stuff this year. They really have been stepping up their Black Friday game lately, and I was hoping they’d do something with the Revolution lipsticks since they had that Super Saturated lip pencil bundle last year for $50 (which I loved). That set with the eyeliners and travel-sized products looks pretty awesome, too!

They’re going to be on hautelook tomorrow though! The deals there tend to be very good but I’d have preferred to buy direct and said that in my e-mail which makes me feel like they aren’t but who knows they are probably trying to build suspense.

Hi Christine! I am setting an alarm for 6am for the UD lipstick set! I do not own any of the UD lipsticks but do you feel like the colors are different enough to warrant buying the whole set? Jilted, f-bomb and catfight seemed like all reds to me and the other 3 were all nudes. I haven’t seen them in person so I’m wondering how different they actually look for you.

F-Bomb is the only true red out of the bunch, IMO. When I swatched Jilted and Catfight in stores, they were more in the fuchsia range. (Jilted actually reminds me a lot of Revlon’s Wild Orchid, even down to the shimmer, maybe just a tad warmer/redder.)

Hi,
Do you know if there is a limited amount of the UD Revolution Lipstick Bundles? Should I expect it to sell out in minutes? Hours? Last all day? Obviously you can’t be certain about this year but based on previous years? I really want this lipstick but 6am is very early for a college student to wake up haha

I read it as everything is $2, though that sounds too good to be true (though it is for only two hours). All the info I have is actually exactly as copied/pasted into this post. “$2 on everything for two hours on 12/2! Starts 12pm (EST) – 2pm (EST). Cannot be combined with other offers, single items only, excludes bundles.” I will try to email and find out for sure.

I just checked the Ulta black Friday ad today, do you know why they are only selling the Dangerous palette and not the Feminine or Fun palette? Also, is it in stores only, I don’t see the Dangerous palette online yet.

I would like to ask you something about Tom Ford lipsticks .

On Wednesday I was in New York for work and bought at Saks Fifth Avenue one Tom Ford Lipstick in color 14 – Sable Smoke.

As I was in a hurry , just choose the color and bought the lipstick.
To my surprise when I got home I realized I possessed a different lipstick lipsticks I normally use smell, I do not know how to describe it , it has an like wax crayons smell, somewhat resembles the smell of old lipstick.

Researching temptalia and on the internet, I read several reviews saying that Tom Ford lipstick has vanilla fragrance , but also read that some nude lipsticks have a different smell.

You made ​​some reviews of TF lipsticks , including a nude (Lipstick Nude Blush ) . Could you tell me if this smell is normal (if Blush Nude has that smell ?) I bought an old lipstick or that smell is common lipsticks in this color?

Good thing I set my alarm for the UD lipstick sale, by 9am they were sold out. I don’t have any UD lipsticks so this is my first for them. Let’s see how they compare to Mac and Nars.

I don’t work with or support Lime Crime due to their actions towards me/this blog a couple of years ago, so I don’t keep up with what the brand is doing. I’m sure if they have something going on, they’ll have it on their Facebook/website/social media accounts.

I am pretty pissed off about the UD lipsticks selling out! I have an account with them, and had actually placed an order just hours before. (I have my card # saved with them and everything.) I was logged on, and placed my order immediately. 8:00 my time, on the dot. Conveniently, the site screwed up, and kept sending me back to random screens, so I was unable to order. I don’t think UD was necessarily at fault here, but I do think it’s BS. I, like many others, stayed up all night, or set an alarm, to get this. Either they had like 25 of these sets available, or some sniping program (or similar trickery) was involved. (People use these, or pay a company to “snipe” for them. These programs and computer servers allow the buyer to screw everyone else over and win a bid, or to snatch all of the items up first. It’s basically an unfair advantage.) I wouldn’t be surprised to see a ton of these pop up on eBay.
