Ocean Breeze Eyeshadow ($5.99 for 0.05 oz.) is described as a “metallic deep green/blue.” It’s a dark, navy blue with a frosted, sparkly finish. It’s a warmer take on blue compared to Nautica. It had fairly good color payoff, and the texture was easy to work with on the eye and blended well, but it was a bit drier. The color wore well for eight and a half hours before starting to decline. Urban Decay Prank (LE, $18.00) is more matte. Dior Cosmos (281) (P, $30.00) is a cream product. Tom Ford Beauty Emerald Lust #4 (LE) is darker. Illamasqua Android (P, $25.50) is much darker.
