NARS’ Tropic Collection for Summer 2009 may not have been my favorite I’ve been able to sneak a peek at this summer, but Belize lip gloss was prettier than I anticipated. I couldn’t tell you that I’d really recommend it, given it’s $24, but it’s worth considering if you like milky glosses.

I tried outsider and it definitely show up on my pigmented lips. If I add salsa lipliner, I *almost* get a deep/reddish lip. Liner makes all the difference
