I was going to ask you if you were wearing Vex that evening!

Funny, I had it on too (lid and lower lash line).

I am completely convinced I need Mari-sheeno now thanks to you.

    How’s your Friday going?

    • Christine says:

Ha! Great minds think alike ;)

I love it, and everyone says they can’t find it. I need to do Gone But Not Forgotten for it some time.

I’m just waiting to be done with class! Boringgg. Yours?

This looks beautiful on you, the lip color is amazing. Thanks for posting the full face its great to see all the parts up close and then the finished look.

        Teresa

    You are just so adorable!
And what a fabulous smile you have! :D

I’m sitting here drinking coffee and I’m still in my pajamas with REALLY RATTY HAIR, ha ha. And I’m reading everybody’s blogs BBN. There’s a new beauty story that I’ve been meaning to check out by the mall (same one as Luluemon) called Blue Mercury that I may visit today. I can already sense the danger …

  4. Karen says:

I think they have a mix of makeup, hair and skin stuff. I peeked in there the other day when I bought my bag (it’s right next door, DOH!) and I saw some Trish McEvoy and Kiehl’s. It’s very nicely laid out and seems like a DEN O TEMPTATION!

    • Christine says:

Ahhh! Sounds fun. I always get a bit overwhelmed in those types of stores – same case for Sephora. So many things to look at!

  5. Karen says:

Sephora can sometimes be serious stimulous overload. (Say that fast five times) The one in Novato I can handle, though, just because it’s small and somewhat contained.

But honestly, the last thing I need to be doing in this world is buying more makeup! Which is why I am so looking forward to going to the Pro Store, HA HA HA!

    • Christine says:

Haven’t been to the Novato one, we have one here in San Jose and it’s quite huge. I didn’t even know Novato had one!

Haha! I know what you mean. Do you have your list ready yet?

  6. Karen says:

OH GOD! Yes, but see here’s the thing: I purposefully made it long so that I can edit it down. I just hope I can stick to the edited version.

I also noticed that there are more brights/colorful products on my list too, but I think that’s because both you and Kia over at yummy411 have been inspiring me to get more color into my makeup life! AHHH! Next stop: hot pink shadow. Yeah right!

And I’m still buying you birthday dessert, dammit!

    • Christine says:

Ha, that’s the way to go. You’ll have to send me your unedited list so I can see what’s on it! I’m so curious ;)

Welll, one of the new mattes (Post Haste) is bright pink!! I think it’s destiny!

Okay, okay! I’ll admit defeat on that point!

  7. Karen says:

When I looked at your swatch of Post Haste I *did* get that tingly makeup feeling. I can’t lie. Where the heck would I wear that though?!?!

Okay, I will look for yummy places to eat dessert, unless you have a favorite place. I’ve heard that there are several cupcake places in SF, oh la la, birthday cupcakes!

    • Christine says:

Haha! Wear it with soft golds, touch of orange, and then just on the outer edge and it’s a sunset eye! I guess better for summer, but whateva!

No favorite place – to be honest, I haven’t been to that many places in SF. So go ahead and pick :)

  8. asia says:

HI! I LOVEE IT!!! would that still look great ona darker skin tone?…would i have to get.. darker color’s to match my skin tone? but still have the same look?

    • Christine says:

Thanks, Asia! Yes, I think it would definitely be great on a darker skin tone! So long as you use a good base, you’ll have a very similar looking look!

  9. ilovecheese says:
