Very pretty! Payton and Dream are described as “halo”. Do you think they meant holo (holographic)? I don’t know what a halo polish is.

Also, I wonder if Mosheen is like Electra only with a blue tinted base. Electra has super fine bar holo glitter in a clear base. Gorgeous! I actually put it on an accent nail when I did my mani today using Zoya Nimue, a smoky, muted mid-tone purple.
