I’ve been lusting after this palette for ages! would be an everyday go to, for a daytime neutral eye or even a dramatic smokey eye. It’s perfect.

Mariella Avatar

I’d use the bottom left shade as a “smoothing base” all over my lid and up to the brow bone before applying the taupe-y shade (bottom row, 2nd from right) allover my lid and then the top right brown into the crease and under my lower lashes. A light shade again for inner corner/inner lower lid and one of the more deep skin toned shades to blend out the crease.

Jessica Munro Avatar

I would wear this every day for work! I would make soft, neutral looks. Could also do darker looks for going out with friends and family.

Joke Avatar

I’m not very good at applying a look with all matte shades, to be honest. So this would be the perfect complementary palette for me. This palette has all the great transitions shades and a great range to create a great shadow in the crease or smudged under the eyes. It’s totally gorgeous, and lucky me, it totally compliments my hazel eyes! 🙂

Totally in love with the middle row! Especially ‘Best Friend’ and ‘Bombshell’. I’m also all for that gorgeous ‘Power Player’!

Courtney Avatar

Ahh!! These mattes are BEAUTIFUL. A taupe matte eye…I just love taupe =) Thank you for the giveaway! and all of your hard work otherwise.

I cant even begin to even think about how i can wear this palette but i can see myself reaching for that palette everyday. the colours are perfect for everyday wear, i can make the looks very simply or build it up.

I don’t usually do smokey eyes, but this palette changes everything. I would create a mauvey purple smokey eye, with some warm brown blended on the lower lid!

andy Avatar

I have the most wrinkily eyes!!
Im 62 and i love trying everything new and follow all the latest blogs in makeup. It seems like everything is shimmer, front and just creates an older look to my face with all the sparkle. I would love to use a complete matte look to enhance hazel eyes. Im looking forward to trying the new tartes palatte so much!! Its exciting to know that mattes are now coming back!! And i love colors not just neutrals!

A matte palette would fit into a whole new niche in my makeup collection! I particularly love the slightly unique middle row- I’d definitely enjoy using the darker two shades in the crease/outer corner in the evenings and the lighter pinky shades in the day time (lightest all over then lid, second lightest in crease)

Dianna Avatar

I would use the lighter colors (a blend of the pink hues in the crease and blend into the inner corner, outer, and deepen with with the softer brown colors) to create soft natural looks for the day time and use the darker colors for a smokey cut crease for going out at night. I would pair the first look with a nude color like nyx matte lip cream in Stockholm or velvet teddy by Mac.

gabrielle Avatar

I love matte neutrals, I think it’s so classy! I’d wear a light colour all over my lid and then I’d add a mid tone brown in my crease.

Elizabeth Avatar

This palette would be great for me to use everyday. I prefer mattes, and this is a nice collection of them, and I have a few other Tarte matte shadows that I like quite well. I see a few colors that I could use to make some nice evening looks as well, and the darker shades I could use as liners. Very nice palette.

Dawn Ransom Avatar

This palette would be great to use with shadows that are sparkly to help tone down the shimmer and make them more work friendly. Great to use in the crease

Casey Hilgenbrink Avatar

Since all of these shadows are matte and there are a number of mid tones, I think this would be a great palette for a day look when I want something pretty but subdued for going to class!

Esther Avatar

Love the matte purple toned shades in this palette. I’d use power player all over the lid as a base, intensifying the outer and inner corner with best friend. I’d then put bombshell in the crease and intensify the outer v even further with just a little touch of fashionista. To highlight my brow bone and inner corner I’d use super mom 🙂

izemorais Avatar

Is such a versatile palette, I could use it on a daily basis, to make a powerfull look for a night event… Everything really! I would use Best Friend and Bomshell on the crease, to make a dramatic look like I love to do!

Isabella Avatar

i would ise thia palette to create everyday looks as well as nigh time ones! I love the colours and i would love to try tarte prosucts sice we don’t have tarte here in Italy

Amy w Avatar

I’m not sure how I’d wear the palette as we aren’t lucky enough to have tarte in the UK but sure after 5mins with it I’d have a million looks I would want to experiment with

Fran Avatar

I really like the way this neutral matte palette has light, medium-light, medium-dark, and dark shades of yellowish, pinkish, and beige shades. For each row, I’d use the lightest shade from lashline to eyebrows, contour my crease with the two mid-tone shades, and line my eyes with the darkest shade. Sometimes I would add some shimmery colors to my mobile lids — a bright, shimmery look needs these kinds of neutral mattes to ground it, in my opinion!

marylou34 Avatar

I would totally rock all these matte nude shades! Look at how gorgeous they are! OMG! I would wear them as a soft smokey eye on a daily basis.

wakenda Avatar

Ooh, nice. I’ve been eying this palette but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I think it’d be a great complement to my more sparkly palettes.

Emily Avatar

This would be perfect for easy daytime uni looks, and to transition to nighttime!! I’m all about the matte shadows. Thanks for the giveaway Christine!!!!

claudia Avatar

This would be a great palette for work– good simple, neutral looks. And if I want to add more drama, I’d incorporate some individual shimmers for bolder looks.

Isabella Avatar

I would wear it everyday, and the fact that it is all mattes would be great for me! I have a bit of excess skin on my lids so shimmers doesn’t fit me that well.

Lys Avatar

This looks like the perfect everyday eyeshadow palette! I’d get most use from the lighter colours for sure. I’d apply the darker colours from the third vertical row in the outer third and crease, and use the darkest shades to create a liner.

BeautyCandie Avatar

The middle row speaks to me! I would create a soft, diffused smokey purple eye with a really smoked out lower lash line and finish with a sharp black wing. The contrast would be so pretty!

Linda Avatar

I would use this palette to make day and night looks!
I would make a basic nude look for work and use the darkers colors to turn the daylook into a smokey night look! Ideal for a friday night!

Aquinna Avatar

I absolutely love matte shades because you can almost pair them with anything. I could wear this palette with my all-time favorite look which is the all matte smokey eye.

Kristin Porter Avatar

I would use the palette to compliment my zillions of beautiful shimmery shades… finally all those shimmer-bomb palettes will have the perfect accompaniment!

candleashes Avatar

This would be great for work travel. I often have to do 1-2 day trips for work, this looks compact, totally work appropriate and could still give me a variety of looks. So often I pack super light only to think that I should have taken something else the next morning. This is portable variety I need

Tova J Avatar

Omg you always have the best give aways? Well, I just assume all of them are international (and I really hope so), and you often give away US only items! I’d probably do a dramatic cool toned cut crease with this using the middle row! But it’s very versatile and would be the perfect palette for everyday wear as well!

Wendy Avatar

I would apply my favorite shimmery eyeshadow such as UD sin, toasted, bootycall and defined my crease with that palette, smoke it out 🙂 xx

Allie Avatar

I have been loving these purple/mauve colors!! I would wear this palette every day! It being all matte makes it very wearable for every dayear use in my opinion. I would love to be able to create looks with this palette!

Becky Avatar

Ooh I love this palette, it’s difficult to get Tarte in the U.K so I’d love to win it!

I have hooded eyes and find mattes draw less attention to it, so this would definitely be my go to palette daily. I love the middle row – I’d use the light pink shade as a matte brow bone highlight, the beige shade all over the lid, the rosy mauve in the crease and the deep plum as a liner. Cool browns and plums compliment my pale pink toned skin.

Janna Avatar

I would LOVE to wear the pale lavender colors in my crease and deepen it up with the dark purple 🙂 Mattes are so great and this would look really good with a shimmery light purple on the lis!

Mariah Brooks Avatar

This is such a everyday go to palette! Great for daytime eyewear when I’m at work since they are neutral colors but also for night time when I want a nice smokey eye. They are great colors to compliment my skin tone as well. Plus they are mattes and you can never go wrong with an all matte palette!!!

Jasmin Avatar

I’ve been wanting to get this palette as soon as I saw it! It’s a beautiful palette for everyday wear! I especially love fashionista, the dark brown! I don’t have a lot of eyeshadows and those I do have are mostly shimmer (I don’t even really like shimmery eyeshadows) so I would love to get this matte palette! Thanks for the giveaway!

Livi C Avatar

i would use this palette to do a brown smoky eye (my favourite!) i would use dreams all over the lid, multi tasker in the crease and on the outercorner with fashionista added to the outer corner 🙂

Ellie Avatar

I have this palette and love it! I use it almost everyday. If I win this palette I would give it to my sister as I just got her addicted to tarte too 🙂

Austin Avatar

Definitely a great palette for classes or if i have a meeting. I can deepen any look up with the matte black shade so I can transition to night!

Marianne Avatar

These shades are so lovely; I’d wear any of the darkest shades for a smokey eye or just use the third shade in the top row all over my lid for an everyday natural look.

Scout Avatar

This is my first ever entry here, and the first time I have ever wanted a palette… Most palettes are too warm toned, too shimmery or too meh, or too my goodness, a parrot has lost its feathers… No palettes ever matches my weird skin tone of partly neutral partly olive with cooler undertones… But when I saw this palette, my jaw frankly dropped!!! My my my, I want to worship you!!! And then… Typical it is a brand that is pretty impossible to get hold of in my cold northern part of the arctic hemisphere… But Thanks to beautiful Christine and the Temptalia team, I at least now know it exists!!!
Should I be the winner… Well, then that palette would have found its best friend for life…

Emma Avatar

I’d definitely use this palette for wearable, everyday looks – from going to work, to having lunch with friends. I’d also transition it to night, using the dark colors to make my look deeper and smokier. I think it’d be great to play with pinkier nude tones, which I don’t have any of!

Zarifa Avatar

Great palette! such a shame that it is not selled in the Netherlands!
I would love to create a cut crease look with natural beauty, best friend and bombshell in the crease.. Free spirit on de lid and as a highlight. Power player and wanderer on the lower lash line <3

Lindsay Avatar

I would mainly use these as crease colors since I have not used a lot of matte shadows on my lid. But I would definitely try them on the lid too… If I won!

Hollie H Avatar

This looks like the perfect everyday palette. I would wear a nice day look that could easily be smoked up for the evening. It’s so pretty.

Emily Capra Avatar

I would wear this palette on an everyday basis ! I love matte shadows and I think this palette could creat such a beautiful rosy look that would compliment my green eyes (:

Kirsten Avatar

I really love mattes (and Tarte! 😉 and I definitely need more non-shimmery brow and transition colors so I’d wear anything in the first column as a highlight, depending on the other colors I wanted to wear and use the two middle columns as transition shades.

stef Avatar

I would wear it everyday..i love the fact that you have all the neutral, warm and cool matte shades to combine for the morning in a soft way to the evening in a deeper more sultry way..love the palette

nikkiaust17 Avatar

i love all the different crease shades, from browns to plums. i would wear this all kinds of ways! i love the top row is like browns, next row plums and next row taupe and black. and matte? oooohh heaven lol thanks for the chance, good luck ladies
