I have eyeing this palette for awhile. I especially love the pair of shadows on the right, second from the bottom. I don’t have any burgandy shadow and really love these shades.

Gaetana Avatar

I can wear this palette so many ways. One way would be going neutral on the eye and adding a pop of color on the waterline with one of the bright colors. Or I could do a nice green look and smoke it out with plumy purple color.

Caroline Levin Avatar

I would use the palette in so many ways! Both on myself, clients and editorials! I love the peach and skin flesh tones to add subtle yet defined washes to the eyelids.

vanessa Avatar

I would use this palatte to create more artistic and fun looks for special occasions. Also to incorporate more color into my daily look. Thanks for the opportunity!

Susan West Avatar

I would wear a purple eye look from this palette, I have never used any of Kat Von D products but I hear they are great and I think it is a look that would last!

Payal Avatar

I would wear that light purple all over my lid and then deepen the crease and outer V with the dark purple. Add some winged liner and mascara and you’re good to go!

Raven Avatar

i would be experimenting with this palette so muchh! but i love the grey blue/grey purple combos, really interested in testing those out for different looks

Rachel Avatar

I would use the rust color “stupid autocorrect” all over my lids as well as along my lower lashline, followed by “cry later” in the crease and “countess” as a highlight color! I’d then use “dark throne” with a pencil brush to act as an eyeliner.

Elle Jaye Avatar

Since the colors are so bright, I would do a nude lip (MAC Touch or Urban Decay Native) and neutral cheeks (Mac Raizin or La Femme Sienna). A gold based highlighter and I would be out of the door!

Dianna Avatar

I’m in a make-up rut! I’ve been wearing the same eyeshadow colors since 9th grade this would be an awesome way to explore and try to be a bit more adventurous

Rachel B Avatar

I would try all of the shades out, but the ones I would go for first would be the purple/gray pair and the teal/tan(ish) pair (not at the same time). I would also try out the black to trace over my eyeliner. And maybe the white would work as a highlighter for my brow bone as my skin tone is only about a 1/2 of a shade darker than that in this fridgid single digit weather lol!

elle Avatar

I would wear them all with a cheesy smile, because i’ve been waiting with baited breath to get this pallette. if i don’t win or get it for christmas i will have to buy it

julieta Avatar

i only own neutral eyeshadow palettes, so i could really experiment with this one!
also i know the kat von d shadows are amazing quality, i really want to try them but they don’t sell them where i live
thank you so much for this giveaway christine xxx

Kelsey Avatar

I can’t choose just one look…. aaahhhhh. I love the black with blue glitter, I’d pat it over nyx black bean in the outer corner with MAC parrot on the middle of the lid, and mac vanilla shadow in the inner corner. I’d use some sort of medium warm brown to blend out and use vanilla again as my browbone highlight. MAC margin on cheeks and some peachy nude lipstick to finish it off.

Nines Avatar

I would wear it on the eyes! =P Ha! But honestly, I would most definitely use it to create some type of big bright eye look! Gotta utilize on those colors in there! =)

Thanks for the opportunity Christine! And Happy Holidays!

Mariella Avatar

I’ve never seen this palette before but I love the vibrant lilac-purple at the top left side of the “right” column pairing. I’d probably put it on the outer corner with that lighter lilac shade a few pans below it on the inner 1/3 of the lid and one of those nice, matte flesh toned shades to blend and soften (if it needs softening).

laurin Avatar

I would have crazy fun coming up with combinations-like i do with other palettes-but i don’t have any kvd shadows and would really love to start with this one!

TygerKitty Avatar

Oh my gosh, exciting! I love how this palette looks! I would definitely be trying out the greens and purples as well as that glittery dark blue color. I’d love to do the glittery dark blue smudged all near the lash line with a bit of shimmer in the inner corner and brow bone. Topped off with lovely black mascara and pink glossy lips!

k Avatar

I would do a peaceful floral look with the two purples and the burgundyish looking one to start with, on other day I would do other adventurous looks with this awesome palette given that the colors are so pigmented 😀

Kirstin Majak Avatar

Ooh pretty! I’d love to win this palette to try all the bright colours. I wear so many neutral nude/brown shades so wearing a blue or purple would spice up my usual look.

Dlori Avatar

There are so many colors I could spend days trying to come up with all different looks. I love this palette, and how bright the colors are yet they are not tacky. This is one gorgeous palette I’d love to own.

Elise Avatar

I would do a smoky eye with the dark purples and light pinks =] for one look, but I love different kinds of colors so I would try to wear all them at once ^_^

I love how you could multiple different looks at once!

Csilla Avatar

This year I’m planning to create a ‘it’s smokey, but not right in your face’ kind of look for Christmas and I find the colours in this palette suitable for it. I’d pair it with red matte lips (probably IsaDora’s Red Carpet) and try my best not to look ordinary or boring. I’ll see how it turns out!

emily Avatar

i’d use the palette to learn a colorful cut crease! i only ever use neutrals and purples on my eyes, and as a beginner i’d love to learn new techniques. this would be the perfect palette to help on both ends 🙂

Andie Avatar

I’d wear Sunset Blvd on the inner corner of the lid, 8 Bit on the outer corner, blend them together in the middle to get a shade of green and line the bottom lash line with a combo of Birdcage, Queen, & Bukowski so it blended from a light green to a brown with aqua duochrome. Peach cheeks and coral lips to finish off.

Jabreel Avatar

The palette looks very versatile! I would go for the deeper jewel toned shades first being that it is winter, paired with nude lips or gloss. Then i’d go for a more natural look with gold/bronze colors with BOLD lipstick! Probably purple or red!

RedHeadTea Avatar

I’d wear the heck out of it! I don’t even know where to start describing the looks. This is the palette I really really want, but can’t get my hands on.
Good luck to all! 🙂

Alina Avatar

I would use this palette a lot for sure! I’m not exactly sure how I would wear it, I would have to experiment and play around with it, which is the most fun part. I would probably do a neutral look for daytime and add a little pop of colour, and then for nighttime I would go full out and dramatic! Actually, full out and dramatic sounds pretty good for daytime as well!

Jules Avatar

Even though I’ve been totally into pinks & browns, birdcage that yellow green caught my eye. I’d like to try that over a dark sandy color or medium taupe matte or shimmer lid. I’d put it in the outer half & then use my matte navy in my outer v & crease. I’m wondering if a little sunset blvd would be nice pressed onto the middle of my lid, blending into the birdcage. Then I’d top it off with a matte cream highlight and blend. So basically, I’d like to try that green with navy…it’s the beginning of winter & I’m feeling a summer eye. lol

Ada Avatar

I would wear it the way the palette is intended to be worn, which is using the pair of colors (one on the lid and one on the crease) and then mixing the two and placing it in between the individual colors 😉

Ada Avatar

I already tried commenting but it wouldn’t go through… anyway, I plan on using the palette the way it was intended to be worn…by using the colors as a pair and then mixing the two….

nida Avatar

I have been lusting for the kat von d eyeshadow palette and cannot find it anywhere.
I think I could make some great everyday looks and turn them into evening looks all with the same palette!! So pretty!

Vivian Avatar

I’d wear this using the first and third rows with neutral everyday looks and spice it up with the second and fourth columns for special events and parties!

layla Avatar

I would wear this palette to increase my skill in makeup and to get use to wearing more color and since im an assist. in a school art program for young girls…it will help to show them more art of color during costume time…!

Kata Avatar

I’d choose 3 shades of whichever color can be found in this amazing palette to create 3D eye makeup – it would take more time to choose from these whole lot of wonderful colors than to create the makeup itself ;)!

Antora Avatar

i would apply Sunset Blvd on the tear duct and extend it a bit further on the lower lashline, then aplly Fallen on the middle of the eyelid and lower lashline mirroring the shade above, apply Babe with Mac Fix+ for a more pigmented purple in a outer V shape from upper to lower lashline. blend the crease with Geek and highlight my brow bone with Countess =)

ShannonE Avatar

My first look would be an exotic smoky eye with that metallic green, the black in crease and silver to top it all off! Then I would have a blast experimenting ant testing all the colors!

Jennifer R. Avatar

I love Kat Von D’s eye shadows. I recently watched one of her tutorial videos on Sephora’s YouTube channel and she was saying how mixing this color with that color gives you some “secret” colors. I would have so much fun playing around with this pallete.

patsyann Avatar

I have my eye on that medium dark green shade and the tan/light brown one just below it. I would love to do a look with those two and maybe the lighter buff right above my upper lid lash line. I have hooded eyes so I do things a little differently to help off set that. I am really lusting after that green shadow.

Alia Avatar

Would love love love to win this palette today on my bday! There are so many ways to wear these amazing colors! Unlimited possibilities for day, night, and weekend wear.

Nicole Avatar

I would do a peacock look using the different teals, greens, blues & purples but not overdone. Subtle but just bold enough for a night look without looking clownish. It is possible to use many colors if blended just right and in the perfect placement on and around the eye. Perfect for a nighttime holiday party!

Maica Avatar

I would definitely experiment with the jewel shades of this palette! I’d create a emerald green smokey eye paired with berry lips for a night out, a rosey eyeshadow look paired with nude lips when I go out during the day and a neutral smokey eye paired with red lips when I wanted to feel glam and fab! 🙂

Rachel Avatar

I’d definitely use the palette to re-create the awesome tutorials that Kat Von D has done on the Sephora YouTube channel. Love the green eye shadow looks especially.

Joy Derfuss Avatar

There is so many possibilities with this set. All I know is I would wear them with a smile, because I have wanted this palette and didn’t get it for Christmas.

sravanthi Avatar

I love neutrals, i would love to wear this palette to office, i can experiment with this palette for office makeup, love to win this.
