Win It! Urban Decay Theodora Palette, Naked Flushed, and More! ($133 value)

One (1) lucky Temptalia reader will win a prize that features new-for-spring Urban Decay products, including three eyeshadows you can’t even buy yet!

The approximate value of the grand prize is $133.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from January 29th, 2013 through February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I hope I win the Theodora Palette!! After reading Wicked I find myself relating more to the “BAD” witch. OR winning Snare would be amazing too!! Shoot, I just want to win something. I never do!

oh wow, I think I can’t choose, I’m very excited about everything, but maybe the palette, cause it comes with a ss lip pencil which is something I really wanna try!

Actually it’s a product within a product! The super saturated lip pencil from the Theodora palette. Apparently that thing is so pigmented and beautiful! I love a red with red shimmer.

The theodora palette looks really great! I will definitivly buy the glinda because the colors suits me best but I would loooooove to have both because I really like neutral color and brown colors! Even the green colors looks beautiful and I don’t usually love and wear green :D!!!!

The Theodora palette <3 Urban Decay has combined some lovely nude/natural shades in a palette and I would love to try their eyeshadows. I use UD's glide-on eye pencils every day, they're so good! Also, How gorgeous is that Oz tin?! Love it 🙂

While some of the single shadows and the Flushed palette are interesting, I’m by far the most excited about the Theodora palette! I can totally see chanelling Elphaba (or Theodora, as she’s known in this particular canon!) while wearing it!

As awesome as everything in this giveaway the Theodora palette has me the most excited! I mean 6 (8 really) great shades and a 24/7 eyeliner and lippy pencil is fantastic. And then on top of that you have the freedom of mix/matching other shadows in the tin. LOVE IT.

I think like most people I’m beyond excited for the Theodora palette. But to be honest, I’m excited about everything. I own nothing from Urban Decay. It’s sadly a little bit too much for my (student) budget and it isn’t sold in my country. 🙁

Flushed Palette! I love urban decay and the colors in this palette look very pretty. I have been very hesitant to buy this with all the mixed reviews.
