One (1) lucky Temptalia reader will win their very own Sephora’s Colorful Eyeshadow Portfolio that features 80 full-sized eyeshadows ($499 but a $1,080 value).  The limited edition palette has two tiers with 40 eyeshadows in each; the first tier (pictured above) contains brights and colors, while the second tier contains neutrals, blacks, whites, and grays.

The approximate value of the grand prize is $499.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from February 11th, 2013 through February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I’m definitely more excited for the 40 neutral shades! I love the peachy tones & I think they’re perfect for an everyday neutral that’s a bit different from the norm. The 40 brights & colours would be so fun to play around with though & I am in love with all the greens!

WHOAAA!! Another awesome giveaway!! The entire palette looks amazing. I would love to own the neutral shades, the range is so good. Also, the pale pink on rightmost bottom of the first pan is a color I love. The mint color on the second row, third column is so wow. The leafy green on the 5th row,2nd column also looks rare. Christine this is such an unbelievably difficult question to answer! Both these portfolios reflect the two different types of my personality: Bold, fun, crazy free spirit. And the other, muted, minimal, behind the limelight, sexy (or so I like to think I am haha).
So I’ve decided to dip into the fun side of my soul, and choose ‘Apple Mojito’.
It’s a gorgeous shade, mixed with Midnight Kiss it would look AMAZING with a tan in Summer!
(Not to mention I’ve gone into a crazy phase where I want to buy anything to do with lime green, neon green, chartreuse… Damn it 😀 )

So excited about this giveaway! Have heard some really good things about the new formulation of the Sephora eyeshadows, and have been following your reviews faithfully. They seem really good. I like the neutral tones. Color me surprised! I’ve never had a positive experience with Sephora dry shadows. I couldn’t believe the positive reviews the individual colors were getting! Glad to know this is out performing the ones before it. However, the only way I would ever be able to get this is by winning it! I can’t see plucking down $500! I’m obsessed with neutral and matte shades right now since I finally decided what kind of makeup I want to pursue (clean beauty, no-makeup makeup). However, I was recently at Sephora and my jaw hit the ground when I saw all the shimmer and sheen! Flirting Game is a good combination of both – a neutral toned shimmery shade.

I’m really excited for the far top right shade in the colorful palette (first photo). You can never have too many pink champagne shades. I’m also really excited for the deep navy blue – it looks extremely pigmented. Great for a unique smokey eye that’s work-safe.

I honestly excited to get all of the colors. I’m pretty much a broke college students with a passion for make up, but do not have the budget I would like to have to spend on make up. Winning the Sephora Colorful Eyeshadow Portfolio would definitely save me some money and time buying countless of different eyeshadows when I can have them all at once!

This would be a great start for my freelance job, Since in my country the retail price for a single MAC eyeshadow is 31$ !!!!!!!!So you can see why I say it would be great for my job ):

Definitely most excited about the matte shades in there! Although, what I own the very least of are shimmers.. Would love to play with those purples, too!

I’d be excited to see how they all work, especially since pretty much all I have at the moment is 30-40 shimmery/glittery Shiro Cosmetics shadows (even though I’ve been into make up for five years… hmmm)!

Okay, I just saw that you have to list one specific shade, haha.
To give you one straight forward example: Jungle Party captured me with the tiny “swatch” on the website right away, even though it’s probably significantly less interesting in real life.

I really like earth tone shadow, but I am really excited for My little black dress and Fireworks. Both seem like very interesting shades.
