I’m going to wear Simmer with a bright summer eye look – most likely an opaque cobalt eyeliner and some gold/coral/bronze blended onto my lid – plus lots and lots of mascara!

Brittany Avatar

I would wear these all year round! I find mineralize blushes suit me well since my skin is more on the dry side, it gives me a glow

Christine Avatar

Hi Kim,

The rules state: This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country.

Could you let me know what contest you’re referring to? The majority of our contests are open to all readers, and that has always been the case! There are very few that are not.

fabiola Avatar

I love them all. The orange one looks a little intimidating, but I guess with a light hand I might work. Thank you Christine.

Madison Avatar

I would wear Sweet Samba with a neutral, natural eye and a soft pop of color on the lips for a bright and glowy summer look. =]

Stephanie Avatar

Since they all have shimmer in them, I would pair them with a neutral matte eye! And nothing on the lips, I just don’t usually wear anything on my lips! 🙂

Saniya Avatar

Sweet Samba is definitely my favourite of the bunch. I’d wear it quite lightly though to give a relatively natural look and wear a purpley-pink lipstick along with a light dusting of grey shadow on the eyes and a cat liner.

Bridget Avatar

Sweet Samba Mineralize Blush would work really well with a tropical colored eye: Cha-Cha-Cha Mineralize Eyeshadow on the outer third, Tropica Mineralize Eyeshadow on the middle, and Dare to Bare Mineralize Eyeshadow on the inner corner.

Jamie Avatar

I’d wear the orange and brown blush with a shimmery golden highlight and then a golden eyeshadow for the lids then maybe a reddish-orange lipstick to top it off

Lauren Avatar

I’d wear Simmer as an eyeshadow on the lid. I’d love to wear it as a highlight on my cheekbones, nose, and above my brows. Of course I’d use them as a blush. So beautiful! My current favorite blush is MAC’s mineralize blush in Handfinish I love pairing it with my clinique coral blush.

Karen Avatar

Honestly these are so versatile, they could be used as eyeshadow, highlight, patted over a lipstick or lipgloss to add dimension, as well their intended use as a blush.

Beau Blooms Avatar

I would wear Exotc Ember as an eyeshadow for various looks. I am on the darker side, so I can’t see wearing this as a blush or highlighter, but it is a beautiful and very interesting combination. I would experiment with swirling and using the two tones independently.

Andrea Barreto Avatar

How I would use the lighter one as a highlighter and the pinker one as a blush and the bronzer one when I dont want to wear a blush I can just use that so I could have a little bit of color and have a bold lip

Jessica Avatar

Hello Christine 🙂 I would love to win these MAC products because since I am struggling with school, I can’t afford MAC. I really love makeup and this would really help build my collection. Thanks for the opportunity 🙂

Clementine Avatar

Hi! I would wear MAC Sweet Samba with a lightweight semi matte foundation, a good concealer and only mascara on the eyes (but plenty of it) ! Also, very polished but not overdrawn eyebrows! and i’d darkened them a bit since I love having this sort of contrast with my blond hair and a touch of pink on the cheeks. I think the mineralize formula allows a very simple and healthy looking makeup without overdoing it 🙂

Angelina Avatar

I would wear sweet samba with a neutral smokey eye with ud junkie eye pencil and Mac Ronnie red lipstick and a little Laguna bronzer

Tania Avatar

I would wear exotic ember blush with a bronze smokey eye (using Mac’s Woodwinked and amberlights) and Mac’s Myth lipstick w/Angel Lipglass over it. I would wear simmer blush with a bold purple eye ( using MAC stars & rockets and Hepcat ) and MAC Rebel on the lips. I would wear sweet samba blush with a neutral eye (using Mac’s Light Touch Pressed Pigment) and Mac’s Vegas Volt on the lips.

Teva Avatar

I’d wear fresh skin makeup with the orange color from the blush that has the orange and brown duo colors. The orange from that blush is perfecttttt. ((^__^))/*

Gracie Avatar

I’d wear these blushes with a black cat eye and lots of mascara, the blush colours look rather bright, so I’d keep the rest of my makeup minimal. I’d use the golden colour in one of the blushes as a highlight and be done with the look!

Joy Avatar

I just bought Simmer, and I can’t wait to try it with my Shape the Future MSF for a perfect glowy finsh on my NC45 skin! If the others look this pretty, I’m sure I’ll find lots of combinations for them too!

Audrey H. Avatar

How would I use this, I dunno they’re so pretty I wanna roll around in them! lol Such an exciting giveaway, thanks!

Lana Paige Avatar

These would go perfect with my skin tone. I would wear MAC Sweet Samba with my ‘tropical colors’ eye look – gold, champange, and purple, with purple eyeliner on top.

Anne-Laure Avatar

I’d pair sweet Samba with my YSL fuschia in rage lipstick, and Simmer for everyday look with a peach and cranberry eye

Tiffany Avatar

I was looking at your reviews and these products in the MAC Store and they are definitely something I would love to play around with.. The blushes seem so unique that they could be a statement!

Marina Grigório Avatar

The name is suggestive for the Brazilians who want to enhance their natural beauty! These blushes Collection Tropical Taboo, would use the “Sweet Samba” to further lighten my sunny days in my glorious land tropicaliente with lots of color, warmth and brightness in the cheeks! *___*

Helen Avatar

I would experiment with he blushes and see if I like them! I think they are great because I have been really obssessed with pinks and oranges like lip color and would love to see how the colors work on my cheeks!

veronica antimano Avatar

my previous jobs prohibits me from wearing any make-up =( . Now I would love to wear these everyday.. office/ lab/ subtle look.. =)

Cynthia Avatar

I love MAC’s Mineralized Blushes! I used to not like anything with shimmer but these changed my mind. I would just rock this with a tinted moisturizer and some mascara. I’m a simple girl and these blushes are perf for me

Sassa Avatar

I would love to be able to wear these on our vacation in August. These would look just fabulous with a great tan and an umbrella drink by the ocean!

Abbi Avatar

I’d wear any of these, because they’re so bright, at least one way I can think of. With no eyeshadow, just cat eye eyeliner and a good mascara and a neutral or nude lip. I would def want my skint o be glowy and moisturized to show of the blush!

Batool Avatar

I absolutely LOVE the mineralize blushes and have used my Warm Soul every day.. These blushes could easily be used in my everyday routine!

Danielle Avatar

I would first take the brown side of simmer and contour my cheeks with it very lightly and then then the orange on the apples and pair it with a beautiful nude lip.

Lynda Kibblewhite Avatar

It great to see some products with ambit of razzle dazzle and light. It ‘s about time we got away from this dull, all dressed in black, dowdy look we all wear to work.

ana freire Avatar

These are so gorgeous I would use them everyday! I’m in love with these blushes and I would use them for highlighting, contouring, blushing, and even eyeshadow!

Kinga Avatar

I would wear them as a soft wash of color on my cheeks, I love very little amounts of blush. Just enough to give your cheeks that woken up look.

khushi Avatar

MAC sweet samba with MAC dish it up lipstick and create a light smokey eye for a night out with my besties <3 that will look soo girly 😉
Mac simmer with Mac innocence beware lipstick and glitter eyeliner in gold,,,,,,,,,,innocent Look for an evening out 🙂
A Light touch of MAC exotic amber with MAC tomango lipstick will create the hottest look ever 🙂

Nines Avatar

I would definitely give Sweet Samba a try as a blusher! The color swatched does look lovely! I am a little nervous about the finish emphasizing pores, as I have a problem with this issue with a lot of products… but I have high hopes that I could attempt to take that aspect down a notch by doing a good job of priming my skin and using a good foundation (maybe a thicker one than my normal go-to) to smooth out the skin a little before applying. Either way all three are gorgeous colors! And, as you always so… so pretty to look at in the pan! =P Seems they might be a bit more finicky than most products I would choose to purchase for myself ~ but with such a generous giveaway! ~ I think I could make them work! =D
