I really REALLY like Designer Purple because usually purple liners/shadows/anything that goes on the eyes really bring out the usually hidden chocolate tones of my eyes 😀

I definitely would love to have Black Line because there are no other eyeliners in the market that is black with gold shimmer. Also, the formula of pearlglides are amazing. It stays on majority of the night and does not smudge. It’s love!

I love Wolf because it goes with everything. The best part is smudging any eyeshadow on top to change the color and get the shimmer around the eyes which I find very flattering.

My favorite Pearlglide is under current!! It’s a beautiful shade of teal and a hint of seafoam, makes me think of the ocean. Would look beautiful paired with bronzes.

My favourite pearlglide eyeliner from MAC must have to be Black line! On my skin tone (very Pale) and eye colour (deep blue) it makes my eyes pop and is almost grey looking (the eyeliner hahaa) xx

i myself like the old black russian from the style black collection that came out late last year. i love how it is black but not stark black you can use it with practically any look it can be smoked out to a softer glittery grayish or my favorite, to line the upper water line.

i tried designer purple and undercurrent at the counter a couple days ago, and found that designer purple really went with my eyes! i only brought enough money to get a lippie, so i wasn’t able to get it. might save up my allowance to get it soon(if it doesn’t sell out!) 🙂

Let me just state first that I think you are amazing for doing so many contests, Christine :]

Hmm, I would automatically say “Designer Purple” is my favorite, because generally purple is my favorite anything, but for this I think “Petrol Blue” may actually be the prettiest of the bunch! They’re all gorgeous, but I’ve been wanting a navy liner for ages, haha.

Undercurrent is an absolutely beautiful and intense greeny color that I have been looking for a long time. However petrol blue is intense and sexy with a shimmery gleam which will contrast my brown eyes well. The almost noir would look so beautiful as an smoky liner blended with the Nars eyeshadow duo in Kuala Lumpur (which I already have!)

I like black line pearlglide eyeliner to draw my bottom liner, and the other pearlglide colors to draw on the waterline. I would use the pearlglide colors to accommodate similar eyeshadow colors to go with the eyeliners.

Mac Pearlglide Eyeliners.
Designer purple: This color is gorgeous and would work great with the brown part of my eye color. (I have hazel eyes) and i just love purple, its one of my favorite colors! <3. have a lot of purple eye shadow looks that would be greatt for this.

Undercurrent: Green.. always a perfect way to spice up a look. so unusual for makeup, but so perfect too :D. would love to try this green eyeliner with some of my spring eye shadow looks.

Petrol blue: A color made to electrify a look, at least thats what i would use it for! :D.

Industrial: My second favorite color! :D. enough said lolz. and harddd to find a good one in the makeup world :D.

Almost Noir: This color is another gorgeous color. i know its not the way to describe it but, its like a "muave" "suede" blue color. i know, horrible way to describe it lol. but main point, a beautiful blue that is just indescribable. lovelyy <3 a periwinkle grey!

Black line:Always a necessity, a perfect true black eyeliner 😀

These eyeliners provide a rich color with a nice touch of shimmer! creamyyy, soft texture, and i heard these are PERFECTTTT to blend together! long wearing… choose me pleasee! :]]. lol. i really want to learn how to blend eyeliners and for it to look great. please? :DD

Honestly, just picking ONE of the eyeliners as my favorite is kind of impossible. I love all the shades in this collection! Since I have brown eyes, blues, aquas, and purples make my brown peepers pop! But I must say that Designer Purple stole my heart a little more than the others. The colour I’m the most excited about is Black Line…I have very fair skin, blond hair, blue eyes, and some black shades are too harsh. However, I’m not into wearing brown liner at all, so I think that this shade will be perfect and definitely something to look into regardless. That being said, thanks so much for this contest! Since I have yet to try these new colours I would have to say that my all time favorite colour is MOLASSES! I have gone through 2 of these and I have THANK GOD 2 back ups. This is my all time favorite eyeliner and i use it pretty much every day. Love it!

Its true what you said, you have to be in it to win it. I want going to enter because I gave up trying to win things a long time ago but Ill try again for MAC :-). My favorite pearlglide liner is all of them! I don’t own any liners except one black one. I’ve been using some cream eyeshadows and a flat brush but I really want to build my collection which unfortunately for me right now (and probably for others) is hard. My favorite is “Almost Noir”. I love burgundy-toned eye shadows and liners as they fit well with green eyes and I also have red hair (dye) 🙂 . I also really like the golden shimmer this eyeliner has, it gives the color such a nice effect.

Black line is definitely the most standout color in my opinion. The tarnished olive, gilded with gold flecks makes it uniquely wearable for day or night. It also makes a great color for any eye color or skin tone love it!

It’s such a tossup for me!
I’m obsessed with putting together the perfect ocean themed eye, and besides the name, Undercurrent has beautiful colors in it that really speak of the ocean to me. However, Industrial is so bright and vibrant that it’s perfect for spring leading into summer.

all colours look really lovely.it was hard just choosing one, but i guess i will pick industrial.i’m still a beginner in makeup so i dont really play with shadows.what i do is draw a cat eye and use coloured liner or a coloured eyeliner to draw a line ontop of it to give it a pop of colour:D thats why i really love these pearlglides^^

Undercurrent is my favorite pearlglide liner. I love it so much because i’m of a darker complexion, with dark brown eyes. The color really shows up nicely on my skin tone, and make the eyes pop. The other colors are also wonderful when swatched. Glides on nicely. But, undercurrent is my favorite, its jut a fabulous color that shows really well on the eyes; mine especially. 🙂

My Favorite Peralglide Liner from Art Supplies would have to be Black Liner. I am a fan of black colored Eyeliners, not so much colored unless it’s Designer Purple from Art Supplies which is an exravagant and original color. Blackliner is very versatile it can be worn at night time or in the day time. Another reason I like Black Line is because when I swatched it I realized it is not really DARK Black, like Blackest Black color. Therefore it’s good if you don’t wanna go to heavy or have a night time look in the day time. It’s very wearable, and I hope you like this color as well.

I’m another MAC cosmetic junkie so I don’t know why I never had a chance to try the pearl glides.
However, I have loved the fact that I can now see the swatches from all the hard work done on temptalia, Thank You!!
I love them all but in having to choose favorites they would have to be Undercurrent, Almost Noir, and designer purple. These are awesome and colors I’d love to use to enhance and get the artistic looks on my hazel eyes:)

I was never a person to look at reviews and swatches beyond the official website, but when I found your site it helped out a lot and put every color into perspective for me. Which in the long run made me have a successful haul in the Liberty of London Collection. I like undercurrent pearlglide, because it would be a nice shade of blue to wear in the summer, rather than navy blue. To me navy blue is more warm town to cozy up to when you want to make your eyes pop and the whites whiter in winter. Undercurrent can create the same effect with a more cool tone for summer.

Ive got the spring eyes palette from mac, with all different shades of purple, and the violet pigment, but its quite hard to find an eyeliner to go with them, so I think I could hopefully do a really amazing purple eye look with it!

Though I would probably use mostly Black Line, because it seems to be the most neutral colour, while the others are more “crazy” colours, that I personally prefer to keep for parties,night outs etc..

My favorite pearlglide is Black Line because I would get the most use out of it. I can use it for my everyday looks and green looks, but pretty much every look actually! I really like Undercurrent. In the pencil itself, it looks all dark and non-wearable but in one swipe of the lid it’s BAM! It’s like a Cracker Jack effect, you get the prize at the end. 🙂
