Mac style and springsheen, but then again, I love them all year long.
And my new favorite is Mac royal sunset from all about orange.

I don’t really have just one go-to blush but I do use my corals and peachy pinks more often. My favorites are NARS Torrid and Orgasm, Tarte Glisten, Benefit Coralista, and MAC Supercontinental. (:

My go-to blush this summer has been TheBalm’s Frat Boy and NYX’s Mauve. The first is a great matte muted peach. The second basically functions as both blush and bronzer on my pale skin.

Guerlain ‘Terracotta Sun Shimmer’ Highlighting Blush in Sunny Pink & Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Apricot on top. Gorgeous combo!

Overall winner: MAC’s Gentle Mineralize Blush. Although I almost threw this blush away during the winter, something made me hold on to it. And wow – I’m glad I did because it’s gorgeous it was OK in the spring but just incredible during summer. Sometimes, I have to wear it over a neutral crème blush for added staying power but the color.
As far as the orange/coral family: I also like NARS Rotonde.
For a neutral day look, Bobbi Brown’s Blushed over a neutral cream blush. Layered, it lasts for hours.
I also purchased the Simmer Mineralize Blush from MAC’s 2013 Tropical Taboo set. Like it for evenings when I want a little more dramatic color on the cheek.

MAC Pink Swoon first followed by Springsheen.

Then I would save the pricey ones like Illamasqua Hussy, NARS Deep Throat & Stila Self-Adjusting Coral. I am also currently loving Sleek MakeUP’s Blush by 3 in Lace (Guipure is gorgeous) & the Rose Gold from Sleek MakeUP’s Face Form in Fair as they’re gorgeous & cheap!

MAC Melba, I love peachy shades in summer. There’s another blush that I’ve been using loads, it’s a kind peachy pink but I’ve got no idea what it is coz I depotted it ages ago n forgot to write what it was on the back :/

I don’t really have a go-to. I have A LOT of blush, and try my best to wear them all, so I have a few that I rotate. MAC Foolish Me, MAC Style, NARS Orgasm, Tarte Tipsy, Korres Orange, MAC Stereo Rose (MSF), Bobbi Brown Nectar (shimmerbrick) and Pout Blossom Belle are my most used in the summer. Tom Ford Lovelust is currently in my travel makeup bag because it goes well with most looks.

Nars Lokum, it makes my face look healthy and sunkissed. It’s so beautiful on my skin. I recently purchased Chanel Fantastic and wore it the first two weeks I got it exclusively, but decided to go with Nars today because it matched my makeup better and realized why I love it so much.

I have sooo many. I always switch my blushes. I use UD’s cheek tint in Indecent (orangey nudey peach, very pretty) and Greed (looks like red wine, but it gives the cheeks a gorgeous rosey flush), then Benefit’s Hervana (love), NARS’ Orgasm, Too Faced Sweethearts Blush…JUST SO MANY! To think I only used to have ONE blush a few years ago.

I’m loyal to NARS Sin for most of the year, but when I have a bit of a tan it’s Lovejoy all the way. You don’t hear much about this color, but it’s magical in person. In the pan it just looks bronze, so it’s easy to overlook, but when you swatch it on your skin the rose/berry undertone comes out and the bronze kind of shimmers over it. I think it works on both warm and cool skintones, but maybe not if you’re fair to light.

Easy: Tom Ford Flush! It’s look wildly insane and bright in the pan, but it’s a total dream on the skin, even light complexions like mine. It brightens without overpowering. I do tend to layer blushes and usually wear a pink cream base with this one or a touch of Illamasqua Naked Rose so it doesn’t run too orange on me. The subtle nuances in this blush is what makes it so worth the cash outlay. Plus, a little goes a long way. I have lots and lots of coral blushes..lots of blushes period and this one is just wickedly magical.

I have two that I reach for on a regular basis: Too-Faced Sweethearts and Nars Lustre. Both hold up well in heat and humidity. Of course, I have a zillion blushes and I have to keep on reminding myself to put some into rotation in the summer months. Summer is light makeup time for me, if I even bother at all.

My go-to blush was MAC hipness when To the Beach came out and the year after. Still have it and like it, but this year it has been Tarte Amazonian blush in Captivating (limited edition in Aqualilies palette), Tarte Amazonian blush in exposed and NARS blush in madly.

NARS Oasis, coupled with Laguna. I wear sunscreen religiously, but my neck & collarline still manage to pick up more color (perhaps the makeup provides extra layers?), so do use bronzer to take it up a bit, and blush for more dimension. Summer is really the only time I wear blush on a daily basis, so I don’t have many to choose from. Oasis is a new addition to my stash, so I wouldn’t call it a “go-to”, but it is what I’ve been using most this season.

Warm colors: MAC Springsheen, MAC Warm Soul, MAC Peachtwist

Coral-y colors: MAC Melba, MAC Fleur Power, MAC Cream Soda

Pink(ish): MAC Prom Princess, MAC Coy Girl, MAC Pink Swoon

Soooooo I like MAC and I have a lot of blushes…..

NARS Deepthroat! I went to my Sephora and my favorite makeup artist put it on me and I love it! It gives me a really nice glow and I just really like how it looks. (: And I’m pretty cool toned, so I was really surprised that it actually looked good on my skintone!
