I love Chanel Rogue Allure in Flamboyante. I own ALOT of red lipsticks and it is far and away my favorite!

I love Guerlain Kiss Kiss 523! I am Asian with yellow undertoned skin and the color of the lipstick is so flattering!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect red lipstick for a while – and posted on such a hunt. I finally found L’Oreal Color Riche Anti-Aging lipstick in Royal Red. It is THE perfect red lipstick for me – not too blue and not too yellow.

I love Clinique’s Long Last Soft Shine Lipstick in Tabasco (both the color and the formula are great – it’s a beautiful warm red, though I think it’s been discontinued – so sad!)
Tabasco was a fantastic colour and I am upset that they discontinued it, too. I hate when companies do that.

All the Dolce N Gabanna lipsticks….ruby, scarlett, magnifica, ultra and the list goes on…..cannot just have one favorite.
Macs MAC RED & wet and wild raunchy red. They are soo pigmented and doesnt feel drying on my lips.
I have a favorite red lips combo (with two different lipsticks) but not a single lipstick. I guess that means I haven’t found my HG red lipstick yet? ^^;
MAC Ruby Woo! I now a lot of people find it too drying but I never feel like it dries my lips out…only that it doesn’t add any moisture. I LOVE it’s staying power!
Revlon’s Really Red in matte.
Me too! I just bought it this past week and I love the color and texture. It lasts pretty long on my lips too which is nice.

I have many favourites, but current love is Cle de Peau Beaute R1 Black Baccara (more burgundy than red) and Shiseido Salon.
mine is YSL Rouge Pur – Opium Red 131
I like Bobbi Brown Red – such an old Hollywood glamour shade.
Rouge Allure Velvet in La Fascinante (new but one for the ages), and Cle de Peau Extra Rich lipstick in R1. I love a good matte/cream finish.
Illamasqua Box & Chanel Rouge Coco in Vendome
NYX round lisptick Electra. Cheap but so good!
A tie between Benefit Flirt Alert and MAC Ruby Woo. Although I tend to prefer the Benefit one, since it’s more forgiving to my dry lips.
Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick in Poppy Love or Rich Ruby. Poppy Love is a bright orangey red. Good for people with warmer undertones. Rich Ruby is a classic matte red. Surprisingly good pigmentation, especially for the price.
I love MAC Red, MAC Russian Red, MAC Heartless (LE Disney Villains) and Chanel Gabrielle

MAC Viva Glam III (or Wet n Wild Cherrybomb since I don’t have MAC Prince Noir!), for sure! I find darker shades of red much easier to pull of than bright ones!

My fave. is Chanel Coco Shine Monte Carlo, it’s a more subtle, strawberry red that is easier to pull off and it’s sheerer. I don’t have the confidence to pull off the more opaque reds that are out there, I’m trying to get more comfortable with more opaque colors though.
oooh i envy everyone who can wear red lipstick …my lips are too pigmented and any red i wear tends to look too much..so far MAC Brick o la..is the one for me…red lips without being too red :).
I have same problem and I use a eye shadow base on my lips to prevent the phenomen.
though I’m usually not a fan of inglot lipsticks – Inglot 814 best red ever 😉
I have many, but maybe my very best favorite is Clinique’s Red-y to go. After that, I can think of MAC Russian Red and the new Chanel’s Triomphal.
I’m still searching for that ultimate red. I only have one red lipstick and it’s Russian Red from MAC. I don’t like it. I never wear it. It’s got the worst texture ever.
I’m always tempted to try Dragon (gorgeous colour) but I’m not a big lipgloss fan so I’m thinking a more muted red would probably work better for me. I have a couple of other rouge allure laques but they are lighter colours so I don’t mind the glossy finish as much.
I have no idea!! I am still in the search for my ideal red lipstick.. But if capricious is counted, I would say capricious. 😀
I love YSL Rouge Volupte #17. I own so many reds but it’s definitely my favorite! MAC Red is my second.

I’m torn between Russian Red and Ruby Woo. But I get a lot of compliments when I wear Russian Red.. lol. I have yet to try Chanel. 🙂

I really love my Chanel Dragon, but I’m enjoying my Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in La Fascinate lately, too! Oh, and MAC Lady Danger for a warmer red – it makes my blue eyes look so bright!
MUFE 39 with NARS Turkish Delight on top (I guess that’s cheating a little). I rarely wear either on their own but together they make the perfect strawberry candy color.
OMG I totally didn’t realize that this said red! Still waiting to buy Chanel Dragon RAL but I love MAC Ruby Woo even though everyone hates its texture. I like it because when you put it on, it’s ON and there’s less paranoia of smearing than with other reds. Plus it looks stunning on pale winter skin!

I can’t get over my NARS Indian Red lip stain… the color is exactly like Chanel Dragon but the finish is more matte. When I want a little bit of shine I use NARS moon fleet (clear with gold shimmer) in just the center of my lips.
I have a lot of reds but hands down, Rouge d’Armani #406 is my absolute favorite! It’s one knockout red.

I don’t know if I can actually choose. D: Anything red makes me happy, though blue-toned reds are my favorite. I wear the hell out of my Sephora Ruby Red lipstick, though. It’s a sentimental favorite since it was my first bright red.
All of your posts on Chanel’s Dragon finally motivated made me go out and try it this weekend. It is a really unique shade of red! Considering it’s being discontinued, I might finally give in and grab it. (It was completely sold out at Nordstrom’s when I went there this weekend!)
