Diorshow Blackout! The blackest of all the black mascaras ever, and for that reason it’s also a pain to wash off! But it’s worth it for special occasions.

i loved maybeline lash stylist!! at 1st it was hard to work with the comb wand, but then i was hooked-worked amazing! so sad that its discontinued!! do u know of anything else similar?

Cargo blu_ray mascara is the only one i’ve been able to find with a similar applicator, but it’s no where as near as good as lash stylist was

I know it’s kind of love or hate—but I really like Diorshow. I’ve tried all the Lancome and Chanel mascaras, and nothing has been as good as Diorshow.

Helena Rubinstein Lash Queen Feline Blacks. It’s a building mascara: every layer adds more volume. The first layer application might not represent much (except for the extremely black formula), but wait till the 2nd or 3rd layer… WOW!!! And no clumping!
If you need to use a lashcurler, use it with the waterproof version. It holds the curl all day.

Not available in the US, but I’m sure you can find it online.

YSL Faux Cils in Noir Radical. Diorshow Blackout is better but flakes and irritates my sensitive eyes. YSL irritates a bit and is tricky to apply (very wet and clumps when dry) but it looks so amazing that it’s worth it for special occasions.

I typically use two different types of mascara each day – one lengthening and one thickening. Right now, I’m layering one coat of Revlon Grow Luscious with two coats of Too Faced Lash Injection (I just comb out clumps with an eyelash comb).

I just bought the new Sephora Lash Stash (the one with the eyelash curler), so I’m excited to try out all these new ones to see if any of them work better. I’ve heard such good things about Laura Mercier’s thickening mascara.

I totally agree but I think the formula is too wet, takes a long time to dry and transfer in the process — but is so worth the mess and clean up in the end.

My favourite is discontinued 🙁 It was Maybelline’s Lash Stylist. They replaced it with the craptacular Lash Stiletto and it’s completely different. Lash Stylist had this awesome comb that gave you really cool false looking lashes and no other comb comes close. I thought when “the falsies” mascara came out, it would have a similar comb, but it didn’t, so I still has a sad 🙁

I would have to say Maybelline’s The Falsies Volum’ Express Black Drama. It makes your lashes look extra full, longer(for me) and extra black.
