I rarely wear highlighter. If I do it’s usually subtle like MAC lightscapade or Essence Be my Highlight. Use them with most blushes. However I prefer just wearing glowy blushes like Hourglass Mood Exposure or Too Faced Papa Don’t Peach. Or I combine blushes. I wear MAC Cosmic Force with Modest (LE), which acts as blush topper or highlighter.

I have been loving using the pink duochrome eye shadow from the Feline Fancy palette from Sugarpill, it is called S.W.A.K. , as a blush and pairing it with the Becca Rose Quartz highlighter.

One of my favorite combos is using Nars Orgasm blush and MAC Melon pigment combo as a highlighter. I started using MAC melon as an highlighter before the highlight trend, it’s still one of my favorites today.
If I’m wearing a matte pink blush like Nars Desire or Mati Hari ,I wear MAC Mineral Skinfinish in Lust, for an pretty pink glow.

I have so many! My current fave is using Wisteria blush from Becca Blushed with Light Palette and UD After Glow Highlighter in Aura.

I am an inveterate mixer. Currently, my favorite is a combo of blushes — MAC Melba with Hourglass Diffused Heat over. The only highlighter I use these days is the Laura Mercier 01 Matte Radiance, that’s enough for me. Buff it out with a whisper of Sisley Phyto Poudre Libre and it looks really nice, I think anyway. 🙂

I’ve recently purchased colourpop Thumper cream blush (med bright pink) and pairing it with Hippo also Colourpop a cream lavender highlighter which is a dupe for Becca Prismatic Amethyst.

I also liked Becca liquid Rose Gold with Bobbi Brown blushed rose cream blush. The blushed rose gives a very natural looking flush to the skin.

I wear ColourPop “Lunch Money” with any blush, but I particularly like it with “Icon” from the Tarte Color Wheel blush palette

I’m obsessed with Becca products when it comes to highlighter and blush. Right now I almost exclusively use Wisteria from the Blushed w/ Light palette and the liquid highlighter in Opal.

Becca’s poured opal highlighter or her liquid opal . If I’m feeling spunky I wear the later as a foundation and have an amazing Dewey glow. Laura Geller pink grapefruit blush.

The Clinique Sculptionary Cheek Countouring palette in Defining Roses, I just swirl the 3 shades together for blush. As a highlighter I really like the Natura Aquarela Highlithing Powder – it’s a Brazilian brand but I wish you could try it, it is very pretty!

I’ve been using either Hourglass Mood Exposure with MAC Pearl cream color base, or Tarte Exposed with Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow. As we head toward spring I’ll probably be using more Hourglass Incandescent Electra with something like Becca Moonstone, or just the Hourglass Illume Trio.

MAC Tutu with pretty much anything! I’m actually not a big fan of the blush that came with it in the Holiday palette, I really have to build it up for it to show on my skin, but Tutu is neutral enough that it works with warm as well as cool toned blushes.

Christine I bet that looks gorgeous together. I am loving Burberry Silk & Bloom blush also & I’ve been using it with my favorite highlighter which I can’t get enough of even with all my other highlighters Victoria Beckham Modern Mercury. I also used it with Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer Powder in number 2. I am so impressed with the quality of Burberry products they don’t make a lot but what they do make is of high quality.

It is very hard for me to pick one blush and highlighter. I usually rotate between one of the following blushes: Marc Jacobs Airblush is Flesh &fantasy, Night fever & hot stuff and Tarte’s dazzle. For highlighter I switch between Laura Mercier Matte Radiance 01 and Kevyn Aucoin’s Ibiza.

Currently obsessed with Makeup Geek “Love Letter” blush and Makeup Geek “Celestial” highlighter. Beautiful purple mauve tones. I especially love to put the highlight on the apple of my cheek to really enhance the purple. Love it!

A combination of Physicians Formula pink blush plus a sweep of either highlighter on top. Awwww so beautiful those 9 little squares are! My other great choice are any WetnWild blush plus any of their highliters also. Max Factor also has one pink/peachy blus duo and a beautiful pink/bronze highliter mix goes on gorgeous!

I don’t have one as I skip highlighter if the blush is a satin finish or shimmery. I do use things like concealer to brighten on the cheekbone and nose for dimension which in turn makes the blush a little brighter on the top of the cheekbone!

If it’s a more matte blush I’ll put on Becca Pearl under it.

Lately I’ve been using Lancôme Blush Subtil Palette — The New Nude using either the contour or the blush as my blush. The highlighter is very close on me in color to either Becca’s Opal or Urban Decay’s Sin shades.
