NARS Climax mascara, which is getting a bit thick as it is an older tube, so it hasn’t been as easy to use, but I like the depth of black and how much it thickens.

I rarely wear mascara but a few days ago I put on Lancome Lash Idole. When I bought it (some time ago), I had high hopes for it which it didn’t live up to. But the other day, I did like how it darkened the base of my lashes (almost made it look like I’d tight-lined my upper lids) though it didn’t do anything at all to lengthen my lashes.

Just my usual trusty L’Oreal Lash Paradise WP in Blackest Black! I love it because it actually holds a curl the entire day, even when we get the heavy humidity of the monsoon or I happen to get caught in the rain without an umbrella ☔. No flaking, no smudging or transfer.
The one and only thing I don’t enjoy is removing it, because that stuff is a literal pain to remove! I may go back to using my other favorite, Heroine Make Long & Curl. Believe it or not, the Heroine Make is not prone to exacerbate my eczema on the outermost corners of my lids during removal.

The last mascara I used was yesterday in fact! I don’t always wear mascara, but do so if I am going out.
The mascara was a Natio one – an Aus brand and it is a ‘tubing’ one. It’s very easy to apply and thickens my lashes rather than lengthens them. It is a soft black shade, doesn’t flake, smudge or smear.

The last mascara I used was the Lottie London Super Fake Mascara, and it’s so good for building up lash volume and length. It has a rubber brush, which I usually don’t prefer, but it helps with creating major volume. (Just keep a lash separator comb handy). It is also a vegan formula, for people who prefer vegan products.
I was going to ask if you’ve ever reviewed anything by Lottie London, Christine, but I can check after I finish writing this comment. I think the brand has a lot of great products, and they are very affordable at Walmart.

I usually use the regular Clinique High Impact mascara. It makes sure my lashes are dark without clumping, which is all I really want in a mascara.

Recently I’ve been trying the Skin Actives Brow and Lash Serum on my lashes and after a few weeks now it’s made them a bit longer and thicker! I haven’t been reaching for mascara lately. Skin Actives is actually having a sale now but I swear I’m not affiliated with them! I just found their brand a little bit ago and wish I could partake in the sale but I already bought the stuff I wanted to try, meh.

my HG is Lash Idole, but I grabbed Tower 28 during a sale to try it out & was impressed. I like the soft, curved rubber wand: longer bristles outside & smaller inside, longest bristles at the arch…reminds me of a bow, its a cool lil wand! T28’s formula is on drier side, matte black, but real smooth & I could build it up, before it set. 10hr work day: no flaking, barely a smudge (plz note: I have extremely oily lids/Tzone & an active job, touch ups w/ washable formulas is no biggie, I refuse wearing waterproof everyday). I would definitely repurchase T28’s mascara as it’s like the hip, younger cousin (& more affordable at regular price) of Lash Idole to me, that fans out & lengthens my lashes & grabs up any iddy bitty, HTR lashes. I do not need to curl my lashes w/ T28, but when I do…WOW. Even my fiance said, “your lash game is on point today”. U know it’s good when u get a compliment from the human u live with!

I’ve been using Lancome Lash Idole for a couple of months now. I like it a lot, it can look almost as if the lashes are just my own and it can be built up for a bit more lash-drama. I think it’s one of the best mascaras I’ve used in years. It stays put hour after hour, and is even there after a long nap on the couch.
I have liked most of the Lancome mascaras I’ve tried. I really like the one with the swan neck brush as well. I’m not sure which one is my favourite.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Push Up lashes: quite a few Youtubers rave about this, but I will not repurchase. My eyelashes are short, stiff, and straight. I carefully curl my lashes and the moment I apply this mascara, they straighten. It does not lenghten, and it smears a little bit on my lower lid. I will still use up this expensive mascara since it is not ouright awful, but I will certainly go for the Charlotte Tilbury Legendary lashes vol. 2 next time!
