What was the last eyeshadow palette that caught your eye? Did you resist or give in?

Natasha Denona Circo Loco! It ended up being a really fun color story to work with in practice (so yes, I did purchase!).

I have actually nothing but great things about that palette. I may have to look into it; I have “CVSBucks” set to expire soon, so that may be a sign…

Cynthia – I have the Burgundy Bar palette from Maybelline and consider it to be a gem. I think it’s one of the best DS palettes of all time. I have quite a few tops that have the Burgundy colour running through them and always use this palette when doing the eye look. I love the muted gold and champagne shades, with the burgundy and taupe shades co-ordindating with them.

Oh – It was Natasha Denona Triochrome for me. I don’t know, something about that color story really spoke to me (ok it was the chartreuse nature of the top row.) I did buy it. And I have been reaching for it, which is even better.

I have and I am still fighting one.
The first being PM’s Divine Rose II, which I’ve no doubt I can live without.
TARTE’s Juicy Palette is the one I’ve watched and still ogle every so often.

I got Natasha Denona Glam and Bronze shortly after Circo Loco. I’m giving in at the moment, I need it lol! I had a look at both Made by Mitchell palettes, which are quite interesting colour story wise, but given the description of your upcoming palettes, Christine, I feel I won’t need them ^^

What catches my eye and what I would consider are radically different. It’s an age thing. Not so much am I too old for this? but realistically, would I use it enough to buy it, given the palette overload in stash. If I’m donating like a mad fiend and destashing significant product weekly, does it make sense to get more? Cinco Loco probably caught my interest the most in about five years. What I might consider are CP Fox and J* Cremated. The first is a probable; the second is unlikely due to owner issues. If I didn’t cave when it was discounted at Beautylish, then…

That MILK one that you showed here recently, Christine. Some of the colours are those that always have immediate appeal to me but that means I’ve got oodles of dupes and the average performance and my own personal objection to the choice of drug-themed names meant that I resisted the urge to buy it quite easily. The last one I did “give in” on is that Natasha Denona Glam one but I managed to wrangle that as an Xmas gift from my husband.

The ND Trichrome. Having purchased a few of ND’s typically warm palettes convincing myself some shades were more neutral only to wind up wearing three shades in the entire palette, when I saw the Trichrome and realized she was doing my favorite greens and purples, it was instant love. I ran here for a review and it was the only eye palette I’ve purchased in the last year.

I still want the Pat Mcgrath Divine Rose palette. It’s the one that was recently duped by a company called Alter Ego. I think I’ll buy the Luster Charm for now, although having the real PM would be much nicer. 😃

Juvia’s Place Wahala 2! So many gorgeous blues that I did not have. I could not resist it. It was very affordable and I can’t wait to use it! I’m waiting for an eye problem, unrelated to makeup use, to clear up so I can play with it! The swatches look good.

I’m really late to the Natasha Denona palettes and have quickly caught up over the past couple of months. I’m still waiting on the Temptalia/Sydney G collab.

Melt’s Mary Jane palette, purely for the color scheme (and in spite of the marijuana theme, yet again). I love Melt’s formula when they get it right, and this looked like a ND Glam or UD Naked 2 update, so I was excited. But it looks like from the review the formula was a bit of a miss.

Melt Cosmetics MaryJane.

Yep. I bought it on the first day of Sephora’s 20% off and I love it. Didn’t buy any palettes last year and only one the year before. It’s been ages since anything caught my eye and this one did. I’m monitoring my purchases to make sure I don’t just waste money, but not feeling bad over collecting things I really want.

The last eyeshadow palette that caught my eye and I totally did NOT resist in purchasing was ND’s Glam palette and I am so glad that I have it – I use it nearly every single week, either by itself or in conjunction with colours from other palettes/singles.
