What was the last body product you finished? Give us a mini review!

Necessaire body wash in Sandalwood! My husband uses it more than I do, but I liked how it scented the shower, didn’t dry out my skin, and didn’t make the floor super slick.

For body wash, it would be The Body Shop’s Spa of the World Brittany Coast Algae Body Wash, which was discontinued a few years ago. I still have one or two full, unopened bottles and I despair of finishing it – I love this product (so, of course, it was d’c’d not long after I “discovered” it). For body moisturizer, either Palmer’s Coco Butter thick cream stuff or The Body Shop Shea Body Butter – I finished both around the same time (winter’s only just come to an end here!).

Probably my body sunscreen. Australian Gold spf 70. It is part of their new line, Botanicals or some such? It’s a chemical sunscreen with NO SILICONES and not extra sticky. In a pinch I can use it on my face, but not every day as the fragrance is strooooonnnnnngggggg. Well, ok, the first one I bought – in store – smelled strong; the second I purchased and had shipped via ulta and it has no scent at all. Either the batches are off, or the more likely culprit, ulta does not have good warehouse storage for their products. Sunscreen is a health product that degrades and loses efficacy when not stored properly; and now I don’t trust that they are capable of that.

Must be that jar of Sol de Janairo Brazilian Bum Bum Cream I finished up maybe a month ago, perhaps less? Anywho! I love that stuff so much, but especially during this super dry, hot part of the year that landed on our collective Phoenician doorstep this weekend!
The smell is both soothing and intoxicating. And, it deeply hydrates my skin on my arm and upper chest. It literally smells like how I wish summer did smell!

Paula’s Choice Ultra Rich Body Butter.
I absolutely love all the body products from the brand, but the body butter it’s the ultimate soothing and nourishing product. It’s more difficult to apply since it’s so rich, I always have to be slightly damp from the shower. But it fixes all my dry patches and leaves my skin so soft…

Last body product I finished was Lush Karma body wash. I love the scent (mix of orange, patchouli, and cinnamon, compared with the bar soap I find the body wash is heavier on the orange). It lathers well, but like most Lush body washes it’s not really drying or moisturizing. I did purchase another to have in reserve since I like the scent so much.

The last body product I finished was Weleda’s Body Butter. It has a very thick texture and a little bit goes a long way. It was emolient and melted into the skin. The body butter provided deep moisturisation of my hands, arms and legs. The cream had a slight fragrance and the jar lasted around three months of continued use. I would recommend this body butter to anyone who has dry skin.

O’Keeffee’s Working Hands cream. It’s the #1 hand cream in America for a reason: it works! It’s not greasy and there’s zero scent. 3 oz for $4.50. I love it and will replace the one just used.

Rosemary salt soap from Chloe Mason soap company. I discovered the shop on Etsy then saw they also had a website. The salt soaps are heavier than normal soaps but I feel like they clean my body so well and my hubby likes them because they get the “stink” out from his pits. They are well made handmade soaps so I bought several. I really enjoy using them.

Cuccio body oil in Milk and Honey. It was ok in practice, but nothing special for the price. I’d rather buy a bottle of cocoa butter baby oil.

MAC Lightful C + Coral Grass Softening Lotion Spray. A very good calming toner with vitamin C that does not contain alcohol and other irritating ingredients. But, I will not buy it again because they reduced the quantity by 50 ml, without reducing the price accordingly. The new MAC Lightful C³ toner, is sold more expensive in Greece, than any other country. I bought the Laneige, Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer to try, since the price is better and I have read good reviews and does not have harsh ingredients

I finished a tub of Sol de Janerio Bum Bum cream. I like the smell. I don’t get the hype or the price. It’s not super moisturizing and it’s rather drying. Made my skin itch actually. Never buying again!
