Kristen Ess Gentle Shampoo/Conditioner, LUSH Yog Nog body wash, Aveeno Apricot Yogurt Moisturzing Body Wash, Tree Hut Shave Oil, CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Hand and Body Scrub, Acure Brightening Facial Scrub, First Aid Beauty Calming Oat Mask, Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Aloe Mask, my razor, a loofah, a wide-tooth comb, and a Luna 2 that I rarely use.
I keep it simple:
• Klorane with Centaury Shampoo
• Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Liquid Soap
Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Liquid Soap is a staple for me for laundry, washing brushes and as a hand soap (diluted, along with a foaming dispenser)… but I can’t still bite the bullet to use it as shampoo or body wash. 😀
I’ve been using it as a body wash for years! It’s super mild and it doesn’t interfere with my perfume. I also use it (very, very diluted) to wipe down my dog’s paws after his walks.
Amika 3d Volume Shampoo, Sample size Biolage Moisture – I like it so will probably get a full size when I’m out, Matrix So Silver shampoo (once every 1-2 weeks), Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner, Jāsön citrus shower gel, B&BW Shower Gel, FAB Pure Skin Face Cleanser, Tree Hut Coconut Lime Scrub, and various deep conditioning sample packets to try. I am finally at a point where I’m very happy with what I’ve got going on hair wise.
Sometimes I’ll also throw in a
Hit enter to quick! I was going to say I’ll throw in a Vicks VapoShower tablet if I’m feeling a cold coming on or I’m stuffy.
Nothing too fancy. A bar of Shea Moisture black soap, Tatcha’s The Deep Cleanse, some rose scented body wash from Bath and Body Works, a rose scented shampoo bar from Lush…and a plain ol’ bar of Ivory soap.
Y’all. Ivory soap is the unsung hero of beauty.
Macadamia Professional shampoo/conditioner, 2 Dove soaps, Fresh Rose cleansing foam, Clarisonic device, L’Occitane Almond shower oil, and AG Hair ACV shampoo.
Having just acquired far too many, will stick to 3 favorites. Does not include any fragrance extensions, salts, exfoliators, shampoo, body/face masks, body lotions/oils/butters, nor medicated type products, just ‘regular/everyday’ bath. O’Naomi seaweed bath, Bioderma, and SheaMoisture Sacha Inchi Omega 3/6/9.
Renpure tea tree shower gel, Philosophy peppermint bark shower gel, Redken thickening shampoo and conditioner, Innisfree Jeju Volcanic cleanser. There’s also a Korean exfoliating towel that I use for strawberry skin
OGX Keratin Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner (mine)
Some sort of dandruff shampoo (partner’s)
OGX Argan Oil Conditioner (partner’s)
Kiehl’s oil-to-foam or something like that body wash (mine)
Lush Avocado body wash (partner’s)
Some local handmade mango shaving soap (mine)
A mostly-empty Trader Joe’s lavender body scrub, a gross Body Shop cactus flower body scrub that I need to throw out (I haaaaaaate the scent), and a mostly-empty FAB KP smoothing scrub that I need to replace with the new tube (mine/shared)
Belle de Nuit – Fragonard shower gel. Peach Star Anise – Yves Rocher shower gel.
Blue Malva – Guhl shampoo.
Sicilian notes – Kikocosmetics face cleanser.
A lot! OGX Shea Soft & Smooth Body Wash, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Lavender Mint Moisturizing Shampoo and also the same as Conditioner, Matrix Biolage Exquisite Oil Moringa Oil Shampoo, Matrix Biolage Cleansing Conditioner for Curly Hair, Everyone Soap 3 In One body wash, a bar of Dove unscented soap and a shaver and an exfoliating bath poof.
Specifically in my shower/bath:
-> Prescription anti-dandruff shampoo Ketoconazole 2% (I use it when I have very dry itchy scalp)
-> Bioderma Nodé Shampoo (for my regular washing)
-> Verb Ghost Hair Mask (a mini, usually I use Paula’s Choice conditioner)
-> Aveeno Baby Cleansing Therapy Moisturizing Wash (I like gentle non-scented body wash, so I personally sometimes buy baby body washes)
And a razor, a natural sponge and foot pumice. 😀
As I said above, I use Dr. Bronner’s Baby Unscented, but I might give the Aveeno Baby a try, just to switch things up.
If you really like and use Castile soap, you might not like baby washes. They usually barely suds, and Castile soap is very sudsy. I like formulas like the Aveeno because they have oat based ingredients, which are very soothing for my dry patches and dermatosis prone skin.
There are five people living here, and one bathroom with a shower. I’m the only female, lucky me. We have a few shower gels, men’s shampoos, Quantum Riveting Reds shampoo and conditioner for me, and some facial cleanser for me. My younger son has bar soap from Little & Grim and a shampoo bar from Fortune Cookie Soap Co., because he’s picky about textures and scents, plus he’s allergic to products with heavy artificial colorants or scents.
I have quite a few products in my shower:
Redken Colour shampoo
L’Oreal Professional Series Vitamino shampoo and Conditioner
A’kin Sensitive shampoo
Dermese Oatmeal body wash
Natio Spa Body cleanser.
Swisse Sweet Almond cream cleanser
Amie Facial Scrub.
Living Proof No Frizz shampoo and conditioner, Dove unscented sensitive skin body wash, Indie Lee brightening cleanser, dpHUE ACV rinse, Briogeo Don’t Despair Repair conditioning mask, Malie Organics plumeria body scrub, Neutrogena Light sesame body oil. I bring other stuff in as needed because we have a small shower.
ACURE Radically Rejuvenating Facial Scrub, Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Scrub Cleanser –
I only do scrubs with granules in the shower while I have conditioner on my hair.
Olaplex shampoo & Olaplex Conditioner – use only once a week
As I Am Coconut Cowash Cleansing Conditioner – for everyday use
Wet Brush Hair Comb Detangler Wide Tooth Comb – to comb the conditioner through my pashmina fine bleached hair
L’Occitane Almond shower oil- smells divine!
A bar of Lifebuoy soap – bar soap is getting hard to find in the US, I bring mine from India
Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer for Dry & Extra-Dry Skin – this stuff really works!
•Milbon Scalp – Purifying Gel Shampoo
Not as great as the discontinued line from Milbon-Deesse’s WillowLuxe Shampoo ”tender feel” (hot pink bottle). It made my hair and scalp so happy! ?
•Biolage Matrix RAW Nourish Shampoo overpriced sample I wouldn’t repurchase. I’m looking for something MUCH better for sensitive dry scalp / fine hair.
•Milbon Repair Restorative Treatment
•Paul Mitchell Scalp Care conditioner – the tea tree line. I added LVNEA’s rosemary and clary sage EOs to it. Doubles as a decent shave cream. So does my leftover otherwise useless WEN that caused major scalp issues, clogged follicles, hair loss.
•Beladoce Botanicals soaps currently in soap case rotation: Half of the Bela Rehab Facial Bar (for my sensitive dry face & body) and half of the Loofah Bar with sweetgrass. I’ll find out in a few hours if it exfoliates as well as the Bela Calma Bar.
Razors, scrubbie gloves, foot scrub things, washcloths don’t live in the tiny shower and all natural products (yup I left some out) live in the fridge.
Marc Anthony Coconut Cream conditioner, Head and Shoulders shampoo, Dove Baby bodywash for sensitive skin, Equate acne facewash with salicylic acid, and a foot scrub brush.
Currently it’s Neutrogena RainBath body wash-the Fresh Plum scent, the tube of body wash from a Britney Spears Private Show perfume set, Matrix Biolage HydraSource shampoo and conditioner, Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care shampoo/conditioner 2-in-1, and a Schick Hydro Silk razor. For scalp help, I sometimes switch in other shampoos-Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner or (being a Disney Princess nerd) Suave Kids Frozen Berry Flurry shampoo/conditioner 2-in-1.
The only interesting thing in my shower is the body wash my husband uses, Harry’s Fig body wash, which smells so good it makes me want to cry. I always make sure we have at least one extra bottle, because it actually fragrances about half of our (smallish) house every time he takes a shower, and it smells good on him too. It is the loveliest scent, and I admit that I use it sometimes on myself. If they made candles, I would buy them by the crate.
I use less notable stuff, I guess: Pure Sugar deep conditioner that I picked up at Target, Soap & Glory vitamin C facial cleanser, ELF exfoliating scrub.
Ooo! Do you feel like that Eczema+ Body Wash helps?
I don’t have active eczema on most of my body, so I’m not sure if it helps re: eczema specifically, and I don’t feel like I’m really less-dry… all over. I don’t know that I use it consistently enough to have much of an opinion at this point in time.
Deva Curl no-poo shampoo and conditioner, unscented Dove bar, and this morning I finished the last of my Josie Maran Argan Oil Sugar Scrub in Almond. Up next will be either Tree Hut sugar scrub in rose or an unscented version of the Josie Maran scrub–I haven’t decided yet!
