OMG, I love that one, and I’m fairly anti-glitter. It reminds me of Medusa (paraiba) quartz, which looks like mini blue jellyfish suspended in a clear matrix.

The one I’ve been searching for the longest is Naiade from the Nars Guy Bordain palette. It might seem weird as it’s just a brown but it somehow just looks so much better than any others I’ve tried and really flatters green eyes. I’ve even kept the remnants for comparisons!

I’d love all of the Pat McGrath VR colours too.

Sydney Grace’s Brilliant Realm
Anastasia Big Wig and many other beautiful matte purples that seem to show up in palettes only lately lol
A bunch from Natasha Denona (I don’t own any of the brand)

Sextraterrestrial from PMGL Divine Rose II… but now that I know of the existence of Clionadh Cosmetics…. all of my multichrome dreams are coming true!

Two immediately come to mind. Both are great crease/transitiion shades for me.
• Nooner from UD Naked3 palette
• Buon Fresco from ABH Modern Renaissance palette

I have to agree with your call of Fire Opal – that shadow looks magical. I’d add 3 faves from the UD Game of Thrones palette – Winter is Here, Casterly Rock and House Targaryen. The palette itself is a bit impractical in design so I’d love those 3 as singles that I could pop into a small palette.

Pat McGrath VR Rose Venus from Divine Rose I.
It’s perfect!
I almost bought a backup of the palette JUST for that one shadow….but I talked sense into myself.
Fingers crossed she adds is to her line of singles!

Totally agree with Fire Opal! In general, though, I wish that the transition shades were separate from palettes so I don’t get stuck with a bunch that I won’t use. I also find myself pulling various palettes out just for the transition shades (canvas from nabla’s poison garden or tusk from Biba, for instance).

Check Christine’s swatches from Sydney Grace. I think i have a transition shade from them for every look, every colorway. And Xmas in July may be coming….

Beth, I agree with kjj’s SG recommendation. I got a bunch of possible shades for transition from SG and once I narrowed down the three or four to use, I put them in an empty MUFE palette. SG has quite a few matte shades that could work for transition, and their reasonable price allows for experimenting to find the best. (I did end up getting rid of maybe a dozen to find the ones that worked, but it was a small loss (to me) to get ones I knew would work with any other palette or colors used elsewhere.)

Thanks kjh and Kitty. I actually have an embarrassingly large collection of Sydney Grace (in brights, midtones, and transition colors). Drift is my all time favorite transition shade, as it happens. I just also really like both the ND and the Nabla formula. I frequently pull Biba and Poison Garden just for Tusk or for Canvas. I can’t wait for SG Christmas in July as I have a huge wish list ready to go. At this rate, I will likely end up owning their entire line of eyeshadows (cream and pressed powder) :).

Haha! Oops! You’re so right! I must have mixed up what I want to buy with what I wish existed. I will go for PMG making Underworld a permanent single 😉

Only reason I wanted that palette, but when the Sephora MUA used the palette on me it was horrid (and not because of their skills, really the colros just don’t work on me), so too bad, only dupes for Electric are possible for me.

Pat McGrath Inferno. It’s in the Decadence palette and it’s referred to as EYEdol (a single) but It never did launch as a single (that I’m aware of).

Corona from Urban Decay’s Kristen Leanne Kaleidoscope Dream palette is a really flattering copper with almost a bit of a duochrome finish and it is the main reason I still have that palette.

The green from that palette is amazing and so is the white blue duochrome. I’d want both of those as single. I bought 2 backup palettes just for those shades, as they’re so tiny.

MAC Savant from The Toledo collection several years ago, ND Lime Chrome from the Gold palette and UD Dragon (Vice 3). I’m sure there’s others I would want, too! Especially from older UD palettes.

Pat McGrath Sinful from the eye ecstasy Sublime palette. It is such a unique shade. I tried to depot it and almost destroyed it 🙁

I’m with you on Sinful!
I use the whole of the shades in Sublime but bought a backup (my first palette backup) for Sinful!
I managed to depot the whole palette with no issue, here’s how:
heat a pan (not to burning hot), take it off the stove, put oven paper on top and place the palette on it. The heat melts the glue and you can depot the shades easily. Then get the glue off the pan with some nail polish remover. Since they’re in metallic pans they go easily into any Make Up Forever palettes!

Inception from the Nabla Cosmetics Dreamy 1 palette. Surprisingly, another of my favorite shades that is only available in a palette is the blue/brown shade from Wet N Wild’s Comfort Zone palette. I know there are a lot of dupes out there and I own several but there is still something about that particular shade that I prefer over the others.

Stila – Wonder from the In The Moment Palette. I’ve looked for a dupe to this shade for years!! and
Natasha Denona – Supernova from the Star Palette.

Urban Decay Stark that is in the Naked Basics 2 palette. I’ve got pan on that shade in two of those palettes now. 😕

There’s a few that I would like to be released as singles:
1. Lorac’s Rose Quartz – a stunning rose gold shade.
2. Lorac Cider – a beautiful bronze shade
3. Wanderlust – from Dominique Cosmetics – a gorgeous pewter shade.
After I leave this post, I am sure to think of ten others!

UD Spitfire from the Kristen Leanne palette! You can find the palette with a big discount now, but I love only this particular color!

Pat McGrath Astral Solstice! I have been keeping en eye out for a true dupe (color and that sparkly, shiny, formula) but haven’t found it anywhere!
