Lisa Eldridge, easily. Of any product/brand of anything, I have never ever got a better customer service than hers. It is really unique, imho. Her team helps with everything, finding stock (even on vendors outside her main site), restock updates, product advice. Just crazy good. Attention to detail is just amazing.

Delight Naturals. I had to cancel an order before it shipped because a big bill came in, and they sent me the entire order for free with a sweet note. Plus they’re just immediately responsive in general.

Chanel, Ulta and I have heard a lot of negatives about PMGL customer service but I have to say that the one time I had a need to contact them, they responded quickly and had my replacement palette out to me in record time. I did send them pictures of my exploded palette and there was no argument or delay. I know they have issues with their palettes arriving shattered and all over the place. My package looked like it was secure and it wasn’t until I opened it that I found the mess so they may need to adjust the materials they use for buffering the movement of their products inside the box. After that one arrived broken, I have tried to buy in person but for me that means Spokane. I am not aware of a counter anywhere in Seattle even at Sephora so that is a bummer. The Sephora in Spokane doesn’t have a large space so if you don’t get there early, you don’t find anything!!

I’ve rarely had to have much contact with customer services, I have disliked some and liked others.
The one that comes to mind is Natasha Denona. I was waiting for an order, after three months I gave up, contacted them and promptly got a refund. After another two months I finally got my order, I reached back to them, offering to repay, but the said there were no need, so I got two palettes for free.
Charlotte Tilbury had also always been helpful and quick helping with all kinds of questions and refunds for lost in transition orders.
