I don’t know if there’s a brand that stands out as putting out consistently bad highlighters, so I’ll just say that I am surprised Tom Ford doesn’t have a more dedicated core selection of highlighters, though. I’d also say that Clinique should, and doesn’t, and have a full shade range of highlighters, which is odd!

Colourpop. The SS highlighter sit so poorly on the skin. Makeup Revolution and Wet n Wild are pretty terrible imo though people rave about them!
I really don’t know – as I don’t use highlighters. However I do think Clinique has done some very well, with their Lunar New Year releases.
Used to love Laura Geller highlighters. But when she changed manufacturers and reformulated, her new line highlighters are terrible. The colors are not transparent. They look chalky on. My favorite highlighter now is BareMinerals. I don’t like iridescent or big flaked color. I just want a soft golden glow in mine.
