I haven’t been wearing much fragrance with the fostering I’ve done – I always think that I want the lil’ dogs to be familiar with my natural smell, though I’ve never actually looked into whether that makes sense, lol! In the past, I have reached for Tom Ford Neroli Portofino.

My top two fragrances to use during the summer are Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic and Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca. Two other fragrances I often use in summer are Chanel Chance eau Fraîche and Mugler Alien Flora Futura.

Elizabeth Arden White Tea (it’s so fresh and lovely), ROOTS for Her (I think it’s called Spirit and I don’t think it’s available any more….it’s in a tall, narrow bottle with red lettering; I’m so glad I have a full backup) and I also like Biotherm’s Eau Vitaminee but the scent doesn’t last at all (I don’t think it’s meant to; I think it’s meant more as a body spritz.
Either a very beachy scent like Maison Margiela Beach Walk, because I miss the ocean so much! This June will make it 19 very long years since I’ve been to the shore. And so I like to invoke that whole mood and place myself there mentally.
Or, something with a slightly citrusy, but also clean scent such as Fresh Life.
I wear Mugler’s Alien all year but during the day in spring and summer I wear Dior Blooming Bouquet, Nest Wisteria Blue or Aerin Ikat Jasmine. My friend just gave me Lake & Sky 11 11 for my bday and I’ve really been enjoying that as well.
My all year round favourite of Clinque’s Aronmatics, Guy La Roche’s Fiji and EL’s White Linen.
Not only can I rely on your favorite (favourite) lip shades, I’m on your scent page as well! Having run out of Fidji, I was thrilled to see it’s on Amazon. I do feel that I ought not buy any more scent, due to age and such a heavy library, lol.

I still wear my favorite “darker” fragrances in the summer a lot, but I didn’t want to put the same thing all the time.

Jo Malone London’s English Pear & Freesia! It has a patchouli base note that tempers the fruit and floral notes (and sweat)!
There are many but I will mention my top five favorites: Beach Walk by MMM, Basil & Neroli by Jo Malone London, Wood Sage & Sea Salt by JML, Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana and Soleil Blanc by Tom Ford.
Creed Erolfa, Millesime Imperial, Comptoir Sud Aqua Motu, and the Regime des Fleurs Waves and Falls. That leaves out the salty and kelpy NE Atlantic ones.
My current summer fragrances are Patagonia Fueguia 1833, Sycomore Eau de Parfum Chanel and De Los Santos Byredo.
MAC Turquatic is such a lovely aquatic scent.
