I’m Intrested to see how sugar pop performs. I have all the neutrals a girl could possibly need. It would be nice to add some color pops. Are some of the names from the chocolate bar pallets? WI’ll this pallet have a scent?

Sarah Avatar

I’m really excited about these eyeshadow palettes! I’m sure the neutral one will be quite nice, but I really hope that the quality and pigmentation is there for the Sugar Pop palette. These babies cost ~$50 in Australia — that’s not an amount I want to fork out for a sub-standard palette!

Nicole Avatar

I love both palettes and the Melteds..oh no!My poor wallet! I do have the regular natural palette they released. So, I very possibly may be able to skip another neutral matte palette. But, I am really hoping Sugar Pop performs well! I hope to see a review. Those colors can be iffy and Too Faced does do some hit and miss stuff. Geez, I love that Bronzing wardrobe thing too. But, I really don’t wear bronzers that much. I have more bronzers than I will ever wear. I eye that every time it is in Sephora though. I love summer. But, i totally feel a slew of wonderful collections coming to make me poor! 😀

I saw a video by another Beauty Blogger on YouTube, & she claimed that there are dupes between the two Natural Eyes palettes… particularly the matte shades from the original. She didn’t do a comparison though (?), & I don’t own the original, so I couldn’t tell by looking at her swatches from the new pallette. I think you could probably get by owning just the one, unless you are a “mattes” fanatic. 😉 I believe this one is not LE, like the Sugar Pop, though, so you don’t have to decide right away… it should be there for you if/when you decide to purchase it.

Nicole Avatar

Thanks for the info! Yeah, I was certainly going to check it out first to compare. But, yeah I have plenty of matte, neutral shadows. So, I am more waning Sugar Pop if it does well. 🙂

Paper Doll Avatar

Me too! I can’t wait to see the full review… plus Sugar Pop is LE, and I’m a sucker for that gimmick, so I’ll probably snatch it up since I really love my other Too Faced palettes. <3

I have never ever ever been disappointed with Too faced’s eyeshadow palettes and I am so excited for these, because who doesn’t love a matte palette and a fun palette with bright quirky colours you can just play around with
xx

I find in interesting that most of the Melted Metal Liquified Metallic Lipsticks run on the light side. (Hope they do a Christmas set as well)

If they are in the right order Tu-tu & Bunny will be calling me.

I was excited for the Sugar Pop Eyeshadow Palette but I was expecting it to have more pastels!

Wish that one company would make a permanent pastel palette. lol (Lime Crime did, but they dropped all their palettes last fall.)

PaperDoll Avatar

Whoa… your brain just influenced mine, LOL! I never wear bronzer either, but Too Faced has always tried to seduce me with their cute names & gorgeous packaging… & now a palette?!? So hard to resist! 😛

Happy Birthday! I do the same thing now, & each year I treat myself with a little something special. Sometimes the best gifts are the ones we give ourselves (who knows what you want more than you?)! I’m glad you’re getting something wonderful that will make you feel great on your birthday & hopefully, every time you use it! 🙂

Wow! Those melteds sound awesome and that Sugar Pop palette is a nice breath of fresh air to what has felt like nothing but neutral overload. Very exciting.

Does anyone know if the Sugar Pop palette is all shimmers and metallics? I was going to purchase today but I don’t want and all-sparkly palette. BTW I have the Natural Matte palette and it’s lovely.

Katherine T. Avatar

Both shadow palettes look lovely, glad to see one with colors. Interested in the Metal Melteds – I like some shimmer but hope they aren’t too frosty.

Rachel R. Avatar

Nice collection! I love the idea of metallic Melteds. The Sugar Pop palette is adorable, and has nice colors for Spring. The matte Natural Matte I’m sure is welcome. The Bronzer Wardrobe is neat, but I already know from trying samples that most of it is way too dark for me.

Vanessa Avatar

I know everyone is dying to see the sugar pop but the matte palette, if good, can be a must have for makeup beginners and MUA’s of all ages!
Because lets be honest, who has time for bright orange and pink every day…

Allison Avatar

I’m curious about the Melted Metallics even though I can’t really wear Melted. I’m looking forward to your swatches. I like matte palettes so I’m curious about the new matte palette. I think I own Natural Eyes and not sure if I need it if it’s the same shades but in matte, but I’m going to check it out for sure.

Jules Avatar

The Melted Metallic lip colors are such a brilliant idea! I hope the formula is just as good as it is for the regular Melteds. Too bad there’s not a really red one. Perhaps they’re trying to give OCC some competition with this formula?

As for the other products…how many bronzers does one person need? I’m fine with just one! Why would I need to buy an entire wardrobe of them for fifty bucks? Bronzers aren’t really the kind of thing that change with moods!

Telesilla Avatar

I really like the look of the Sugar Pop palette. Unless the shadows are really bad, which would be unusual for Too Faced, I’ll pick it up. I’m oh so tempted by the Natural Matte because I have a thing for both neutral palettes and matte palettes, but I keep telling myself I don’t need another neutral palette. Now whether I listen to myself is another story.

Erica Avatar

I almost got upset thinking it was the same Bronzer Book from awhile ago but realized it’s a smaller version! I really wish they did this from the beginning… I haven’t even made a dent in my Bronzer Book 🙁

Subie Avatar

I love the look of all of these but I’ve been burned by Too Faced palettes before. The color just wasn’t pigmented and they were dry and dusty.

Sarah Avatar

So excited for the Sugar Pop palette! The Melteds don’t do anything for me, just because they don’t jive with my lip situation, so that’s money saved.

I’m a little miffed about the Natural Matte palette though. 4 of the shades in the original were already matte, and they literally were just copied over to this one. Which is fine, if you’ve purged your original Matte Eye palette or you never picked it up, but I refuse to pay $36 USD for what amounts to only 5 new eyeshadows, since I have (and love) my original Natural Eye palette. Ah well, more money in my pocket I guess!

Tara Avatar

Me too! I was really excited for the Natural Matte palette because I LOVE the four matte shades in my Natural Eyes palette (Heaven, Cashmere Bunny, Sexpresso, Nudie). I was extremely disappointed when I saw the four repeats in Natural Matte. I don’t understand why Too Faced did this. It’s such a shame because I would have bought it in a heartbeat. I love the blushy Classic row and the peachy/marsala Fashion row! But I just can’t justify getting it for five shadows… </3

There is one thing that I keep hearing over and over about Natural Matte: "It would be the perfect matte palette if there were a plain black in it." I have so much black eyeshadow already! I was glad to see that one of the 9 spaces was not wasted on a plain black tbh.

I just ordered the Sugar Pop palette from the Too Faced site! I'm super excited for it! The colors are so pretty and fun. The packaging is so cute and charming! I know it will be a delight to use! I was too worried about it being limited/selling out so I just went ahead and got it. It was love at first sight but then I saw swatches and fell in love even more! 😀

I'm also excited for the new Melted Metal colors. I can't wait until my Ulta gets them so I can swatch them! I loved the original Melted shades and am thrilled to see the line expanding to not only new colors but new finishes as well! The Bronzer Wardrobe is an amazing value and but I barely use bronzer as I'm extremely pale. I have a few TF bronzers and they really are THE BEST. I'm glad to see the Bronzer Wardrobe back for those who missed it last year.

Overall it's a really beautiful collection! I love Too Faced. I wish so much they hadn't put FOUR repeats in the Natural Matte palette. If it had all new colors I would have ordered it just now along with the Sugar Pop palette. I would have ordered Natural Matte if it had two repeats…but four repeats is just too much in a 9 pan palette.

Btw – there are two codes right now and both worked for me on Too Faced's site. MAKEUPLOVE gets you 20% off and UNVEIL gets you 17% off (I found these codes on Sephora Beauty Talk). 😀

Hi,
I was curious as to where the sugar pop palette was made? I used to be pretty loyal to Too Faced until I found a couple of their palette’s (err…I think it was one of the holiday editions) were made in china.
Thanks!
