Too Faced | 70% Sale Fall 2016
Too Faced has a large sale they just launched on products that were limited edition, and I suspect, products that are on the chopping block (for discontinuation). Notable products include the Love Flush Blush Wardrobe for $18 and eight shades of La Creme for $10 each (includes Lollipop, Coral Fire, Razzle Dazzle Rose, Stiletto Red, Bon Bon, Jelly Bean, Divine Wine, I Want Candy). They’re currently queuing visits, which means you can load the page but are placed in a line–the line almost always goes faster than you’d expect (a lot of people give up!).
I’m ticked off that the love flush blush wardrobe is in the sale. I drove to a store over an hour from my house because it was “sold out” everywhere else, including online, when it was featured last spring. Now they have enough stock leftover for a huge sale? I’m tired of Too Faced pushing all this limited edition stuff, creating huge demand, then it’s “sold out” before everyone who wants to buy has the chance (I’m talking to you, sweet peach palette!). I’m skipping out on this sale.
YES! to all of this! I bought the flush blush wardrobe along with a Too Faced set on HSN’s website a while back with a first time customer coupon, but it wasn’t this cheap!
After the sweet peach insanity, I’m really over Too Faced. Also tired of brands saying stuff is limited edition and will be gone ~forever~ to only have it back later.
You’re so right…if these sold out everywhere then how the heck do they have enough stock to offer them half off???
I’m so sick of these “queue” things that ColourPop has done and now Too Faced has jumped on the bandwagon. It’s pure marketing tactics IMO. I was going to buy from this sale but being put in a line while online shopping is so ridiculous I decided to pass on the whole thing.
uggh it really upsets me because i know why things sold out so quick is because of greed !! women buy then resale on facebook & other places for retail price !! 🙁 so someone like me who doesn’t have much of a chance as is to buy highend makeup can’t even get a chance !
What a fantastic sale – but I certainly do feel for all their loyal customers who paid full price, drove to distant shops and spent hours online trying to get their products.
When brands have a sale like this, it is because they want to get rid of a lot of excess stock.
