People should REALLY read the exceptions from that Ulta discount! I had $350 in my cart but only saw $3.20 discount! Every single high-end brand seems to be excluded this time around. Just FYI, because I normally don’t bother to check the fine print, but this time I thought I’d entered the code wrong!
