Gosh,it must be at least 30. I LOVE Benefit BadGal but it’s really expensive at $30. I’m always on the look out for a cheap brand that’s any good. I really love the Covergirl Lashblast that my friend brought back from the states. I’m hoping to take a trip out there next year and if I do i’ll be bringing back 3 or 4, it’s great! 🙂

Too many to count….if I buy a new one and try it for a full week to really give it a chance. If by then I’m not satisfied then I never use it again and end up throwing it out. This year alone i think i’m on my 6th. I just got Lash Blast…havent tried it yet but wanted to see what all the hype was about.

ive tried to many
the only decent drugstore one was maybellines full and soft mascara but i cant find it here anymore

after that i tried MACs Zoomlash and loved it until it started to irritate my Eyes 🙁

I switched to YSL Effet Faux Cils and i loooooooveee it its pricey but so worth it and my HG now so my search has finally ended 🙂

I can’t count, how many different mascaras I tried since I started using makeup 12 years ago. I used Manhatten, ArtDeco, Maybelline, L’oreal and right know MAC. They have to cost less than 20 Euro (about 14$), because I replace them every 3-4 month, and I don’t want to spend so much money.
The best mascara I used was Loudlash and now it’s d/c. Damn.

With me it´s quite the same, I started using mascara about 17 years ago and except the Inimitable and a cheap one by essence, I haven´t bought a mascara twice. And I use several mascaras at one time (volumizing, lenghtening, curling) So all in all it must´ve been at least 100 mascaras. And I´m still searching for my holy grail in mascaras (mascara base hg I luckily found)

A bazillion, surely. And I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on them too.

I’ve finally settled on CG’s LashExact. It’s cheap and does a great job at defining and lengthening my lashes.

SO MANY!! But I haven’t really settled on one, just yet. I really love BeneFit’s Bad Gal but it’s a little expensive. I’m using Maybelline Colossal Volume Express right now, and it’s pretty good. It smells weird. I have high standards for an HG mascara…

Well, I kept searching for one, the first one I got was ok. But my mom then bought one by Helena Rubinstein, and it’s great! But it is pretty expensive..

I’ve tried the big brands: Clinique, Chanel, YSL, Dior(show), Oh and probably more. But I actually really like MAC’s Plushlash. I’m good with that one for now. Maybe I’ll try the new Chanel one next.

I’ve bought five or six. My favourite is a cheap one – Maybelline Define-a-Lash in very black. Dark, small brush (good for corners!), doesn’t do anything gross like flake or whatnot, doesn’t clump, keeps my lashes nicely defined, a few coats makes the ends curl gently on their own (I hate eyelash curlers. ), can get the lower lashes without creating a hell of a mess. Everything I need from a mascara, and is cheap enough to replace every three months and keep up with decent hygiene.

Another fan of Define-a-Lash reporting. I’ve tried most in and hyped drugstore ones, and never repurchased. (Actually I did. A Maybelline Volume this or that, but hey, I can’t even remember the name now.) This one is a keeper, I’m on my third or fourth now. My only complaint: it works best after using it for about a month. The formula is slightly too wet, so I do need to brush my lashes for the first month or so.

Volum’ express? That one is… meh. I find Lash Stylist (also maybelline!) to be much better for volume. Lash Stylist actually gives me INSANE volume. Once it starts to dry out too much, though, it starts to give kind of gross results. Blech.

I’ve never really settled on one. The only one I’ve ever bought again was a Rimmel back when I barely wore make-up. My lashes are long/thick enough that I don’t really feel like I need a HG. I’ve been through most 3 different Rimmels(comb styles only), CoverGirl Lash Exact, MAC ZoomLash, ProLash and I just bought PlushLash on Saturday.

I haven’t settled on one yet! I love to try different ones but so far my faves are Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes and Lancome’s Hypnose. Am using Shu’s Basic right now which is good for an everyday natural look. I doubt I’ll settle for one, there’s too much to try out there. 🙂

TONS. And really didn’t have a problem with any brands until I was spoiled by Too Faced Lash Injection. does wonders for me, thickens, lengthens and curls. you can see my lashes growing as I apply! After that, everything else seems lackluster. But I recently tried a sample size of Prestige Lash Matrix and its actually pretty good for more natural definition.

Nora Avatar

maybe ten different ones? I was on maybelline full n soft for a while but then switched to La Femme cake mascara. Gives very natural definition, no clumping, super cheap and economical, and will never go bad! What’s not to love?!

Probably over a hundred. Whenever a new drugstore mascara comes out, I try that.. Have tried all of MACs, and every mascara in Sephora’s lashbar. Have tried some e-tailer (Avon) as well as a whole bunch from Japanese drugstores. The best results I get are from layering two mascaras, one that never clumps, defines, and lengthens and then layer of a super volumizing one. The first mascara I’ve found HG for, (Fiberwig), and for volume I’ve been using.. Supernova (love that on top), Plushlash (it destroys my curl though), Collasol (love, but flakes), and Glam’eyes. LOVED Exceptionnel on top but it’s too expensive and hard to remove… ack!!

Vera Avatar

Too many to count and I still keep looking. The closest I’ve gotten to finding the perfect mascara is Supernova by Fresh. Love it except that the formula in the tube dries quickly. I also have luck with Rimmel mascaras. I’ve liked all the mascaras I’ve tried from them.

I haven’t actually settled on one yet. I change products or brands every single time my mascara expires. However, all the ones I’ve tried are drugstore brands. I’m still a student and don’t really have that much money to spend on mascaras that only last a few months! 😛

I bounce around…I had a caboodle clear one that I started with that I ended up using for an eyebrow tamer later down the line (but clear worked pretty nicely with naturally dark lashes for an low down look).

Then I went to alchemy’s purple black mascara that I really liked, but I think they went out of business (:( they used to be available at Sephora).

I had a great Bourjois Volume Glamour Ultra Black Mascara (which I missed when it was on sale 🙁 ) that I loved for max lash emoof. However we parted prematurely when pink spread through my campus.

Now I’ve actually been using the Sephora lash plumper free samples whenever they appear. They work great, I rarely need to seperate my lashes after application, they’re free, and they are in a small size so I don’t end up throwing away dried up half tubes.

Tried tonnes! Love Loreal Lash Architect in Carbon Black for when I want a really high impact eyelash look – great for really black, long, thick, curly lashes. Still trying to find a mascara I love as much for more natural, long curled lashes though!
