Hi Christine! Will you be reviewing this? I always look to you before I purchase.
I was just going to ask the same. This is probably the first palette that I would use every color!
Cute!
This looks like it would be a great travel palette! And a good way to try out tarte’s formula! I hope this swatches well!
I was just about to comment the same thing!!
We travel quite a bit – often last minute – and I like to have a bag pack & ready to grab. I’ve never found quite the right little palette with enough versatility that also has good crease & liner shades. I hope this is it.
For that Pantone color of the year, rose blush, this is my idea of how to work it with my not so light coloring, BUT green- toned eyes! I’ll wait to see how well it reviews, although honestly love the shades already for another on the go palette. Today, I am on my way to visit my son out in Goodyear, so I brought along Halcyon Nights! Love on-the-go palettes!
I love Hacylon Nights and I also have hazel eyes Nancy! Speaking of traveling, I am heading to Phoenix beginning of Feb to see a specialist at Mayo. My mom and daughter are coming. We are going to make a mini-vacation of it. Do you have any suggestions as an Arizonian for sightseeing? Christine says Flagstaff or Sedona.
Have fun on your visit! 🙂
I really love the look I got out of Halcyon Nights today! Pretty much copied Christine’s template for it, because I was in a rush, and just wanted it to come out good, and it did. Had a very pleasant visit with my son today, we went to see Star Wars The Force Awakens. When it comes to sightseeing, the only cool places I’ve been to are Sedona and Jerome (but wouldn’t recommend Jerome if you get vertigo or are afraid of heights!), my daughter and her husband have traveled ALL OVER the state, on the other hand! I’ll ask her for winter friendly places.
I’m glad you had a good time with your son Nancy! Lmk what they say. We won’t be there very long. So, Sedona may be enough. Thank you for asking! 🙂
Nancy I got it last night and the colors are so perfect for green eyes. This one is a keeper!! I only swatched it so far but he consistency was great. Oh and I live in Goodyear too!
I like almost all the Tarte shadows I have but these are starting to look so repetitive. I just wish they’d come out with a permanent collection of these sorts of shadows, which they seem to keep releasing but with different names each time (but the colours are often waaaay too similar to previous ones with different names). For $21 (lord only knows what it will cost here, though), this does look like a great, handy palette for work travel or for carrying in a gym bag, etc.
‘Kay, I checked and this is already showing on line and it’s priced at $25 Canadian. I can live with that!
This is tempting because I really like the first Tartelette. I have the Tartelette in Bloom and have not used just got it over the weekend. It swathched really nicely in the store. I don’t think there are even repeats from those two are there? This would be nice for travel and just to have. The price isn’t bad!
Very pretty and a convenient size – but also very repetitive. Tarte’s palettes all look the same to me.
Hmmm, it’s ok. I’ll reserve judgements until I see swatches.
When I first saw this at Macy’s, I thought to myself, “I bet they’ve put some of their best-perorming shadows in that little palette.” On my fair, dry skin, that definitely seems to be the case. This might be the best performing collection of eyeshadows, as a whole, that Tarte has released since the Be MATTEnificent palette. Although Wink is pretty much undetectable on me, I don’t think it’s because it lacks pigmentation, I think it’s because it so closely matches my skin tone — it makes a great base color. Oh, and this palette smells sweet, reminiscent of the Too Faced chocolate bronzers.
*performing (So much for proofreading…) ***sigh***
Looks pretty! Can’t wait to see swatches!
Cute little palette. Would be great for travel or in the purse but for $25 CAD, I don’t think I need it.
Does she no longer do swatches of products or is there a different place to find the swatches?
This is a launch post – this is announcing the product, not a review, as I do not have the product. I am just informing readers of the new product 🙂 I’ve swatched over 3,000 products in the last year – they are all over the blog!
Okay, thank you! I’ll keep an eye out for if you recieve and swatch it.
This just arrived last night and the colors are absolutely beautiful. I know this will get well used in my collection
Tarte sent this to me at work last month in December and so far it has been amazing. Yes it is perfect for travel and tarte does not fail us with the cute packaging. This is a must have for a quick every day look with a little pop of color with BFF.
