Is it just me or does the photo of the pans appear much cooler than the swatches? I was excited for some cool toned mattes to go with these blues, but it looks like another UD Beached palette.

Nope, not just you…I just went from “Holy crap a cool toned palette yasyasyas” to “…dang it, I fell for it again” after seeing the swatches. This drives me insane. Why do they put filters on everything to look cool toned when the product is completely different? Just put out a cool toned palette! /angst rant off

Cohesive. Lots of looks jump out at you. It DOES look like an expanded Beached palette, but more versatile. Hope the swatches aren’t overly photoshopped. This would make a good mid-skill level palette gift, and fairly screams summer. Expecting the annual EL bronze with a teal or ocean blue to launch soon. They never seem to miss that offering. Tarte seems to be venturing on the less predictable side, and that’s great.

For the first time in years, I might actually purchase something that looks unlike what tarte usually throws out into the universe. I fell in love with the swatches and hope it actually looks good in usage.
