I’m really enjoying Frederic Malle’s Musc Ravgeur right now! I also rotate between Tom Ford Amber Absolute, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, Tom Ford Oud Wood, Tom Ford Bois Marocain, and Elizabeth & James Nirvana Black.
I don’t notice differences in my hair from season to season, so I just stick with whatever shampoo/conditioner set I’m trying to finish, lol! Hair is definitely not my strength!
I haven’t had to make any adjustments yet, but I normally opt for a heavier cream-based moisturizer in the evening and/or adding a hydrating serum into my evening routine!

Some products I know within one use (e.g. a really dusty, sheer eyeshadow is not going to work for me, and even over primer, the improvement is not enough–too many top-notch formulas out there to bother, for me). If it’s a color I’m certain about, I might try it with a few different pairings...
I recommend creating a list of rules (or guidelines) of what you can/can’t buy and when would help, and I think having a fairly accurate inventory of what products you already have would also be a good way to start.
