Coloring: Snow White (character)
Unconventional Lip Color: I have quite a few purples I adore.
Unconventional Use: You know, I think the weirdest thing I do is use oil on my hair and that’s been trendy for ages so I guess I’m just incredibly boring.
Outside my Comfort Zone: I am currently staring down a pair of false eyelashes.
I just love purple lipstick so much!! It is my favourite, all the shades of purple!
Your skin tone/coloring:Nw50

I’d never heard of Ka’oir before. I Googled Force, and it’s gorgeous. I’ll have to check out their website.
Your skin tone/coloring: light to medium warm
Favorite unconventional lip color? I’m a wuss when it comes to lip colors. Fuchsia pink is probably the boldest I dare to go 🙂

Favorite unconventional lip color? I don’t have anything really edgy like black, blue or white, but I wear bright orange, purples and browns.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Cotton pads! I use them to exfoliate my lips.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? That was actually very recently when I decided to buy Dior Golden Reflections palette. It’s leaning really cool and I usually prefer warmer shades, but the color combo is so unique that I couldn’t pass. Hopefully it will work for me.
Hi! I’m not sure if you’re familiar with cushion products, but they originated in Kotea and are always used with an air puff spongy thing! You can grab a cheap one at ebay to use on your adorable Shupette blush! It’s so super easy and results are lovely! Also, even though you’re warm toned, going opposite, like with the Shu blush and dior palette, it brightens your face due to opposite coloring! You’ll be loving it, I’m sure! 😀
Yeah I’ve seen a lot of “cushion” products coming out lately but I’m not really familiar with them. However applying the Shupette blush with fingertips works really well and it’s so easy, I’m not sure I need to invest in a special puff 😀
That’s great! The air cushion, or a puff from the drugstore that won’t absorb too much are just cleaner ways to apply it flawlessly at your leisure. $1.00 is worth it. I’ve used many, yet respect your choice! Have a beautiful day! Thanks for the review, btw. There aren’t many honest, non-sponsored reviews of anything from the Shupette collection! So, I’d not know about this performing because they’ve all sworn to wear it but it’s obvious they don’t. Sadly, I was really looking most forward to the Shupette collection but I heard the palette is “crappy” shadows & lippies, and nothing stellar at all!! 🙁 Your review speaks truth, and I thank you for that and your love of the most adorable kitties! 😛 I don’t collect any more Dior palettes, but your review will be worth checking out to see how they did!! 😀 Best of success!
Are you planning to post swatches or an NOTD of Golden Reflections? I have similar coloring and have been very curious about it.
Definitely, but I received it on Monday and with the days getting shorter I can only take decent pictures during the week-end, so probably early next week!
Your skin tone/coloring: Light/Medium Warm (NC25)
Favorite unconventional lip color? LOVE OCC’s lip tars in Technopagan and Sebastian. I also love Wet n Wild’s Pagan Angel (black)
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? It’s not that unconventional, but I’ll use blush as eyeshadow, a bit of primer on my brows, and I love using the ABH Dipbrow as gel liner!
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? With MAC 35 lashes! They’re so crazy for me, and I ended up loving them!
Your skin tone/coloring: Nc05
Favorite unconventional lip color: OCC Lip tart in RX (I find it wearable) and TRAFFIC which is just in your face and I love the look of ICED. lol I’m also keen to get TECHNOPAGAN during IMATS.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way: Eyeshadows on the lips.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone: Always with my cosplays they got everything and the kitchen sink thrown at them. But I wear a bold lip more often right now in day makeup.
1. NC20 fair with yellow undertone
2. Dark purple
3. Eyeshadow as a brow color, that is not that extreme actually haha.

Your skin tone/coloring: Fairest neutral, MUFE Mat Velvet + #15 and Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Moisture Foundation 001.
Favorite unconventional lip color? True purple and black. I’m a goth at heart with my black hair and fair skin!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I put hand cream through my hair to smooth and hydrate it. I’ve done it for years and it really works well giving your hair a lovely shine. However, I have now discovered Phyto 7 hair moisturiser and although it’s really good I’d say that hand cream is almost as good. And cheaper. 🙂
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? I’m really not sure. I’m forever playing about with my makeup and doing various looks. I’m an insomniac so it’s not unusual to find me applying makeup at three in the morning, taking it off and then doing it again!
Your skin tone/coloring: Cool-neutral vampire
Favorite unconventional lip color? I like ’em all, but it’d probably be green. Emerald green. Purple isn’t unconventional for my any more, LOL!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I use a little lip brush to apply an eyeshadow to my eyebrows. Not hugely scandalous, but technically unconventional… 😉
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? Probably experimenting with contour?
Light to medium with neutral. Unconventional lip color? Dark brown? Unconvemtional use of a beauty produc? Baby butt cream for my lips. Works like a charm. Used to fo all my make up with a eye limer some while ago. Not anymore. Getting out of my comfort zone? My whole life is out of my comfort some, eo I keep my make up fully comfortable. Tinsave my energy for whatever else. I am not wearing an orange lipstick!
Oh gosh…. My typing… Lol.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC 15-20

Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I started to use oil cleanser to take off my make since 6 years ago. Recently it has become trendy so I’m just becoming normal.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? I always try out bold colors in makeups and skincares no matter they are from well-known high-end brands or new and niche ones.
Your skin tone/coloring: light to light medium with yellow undertones (chanel b20)
Favorite unconventional lip color? I’m not brave/ comfortable enough, but I love an aubergine/ eggplant shade!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Face cream to remove a makeup mistake/ smudge
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? Probably when I bought MAC’s Pure Heroine lipstick or Riri hearts MAC Talk That Talk – but I have yet to wear either outside of the house!
Your skin tone/coloring: The palest translucent w/ neutral leaning cool undertones..
Favorite unconventional lip color? I honestly don’t believe any color is unconventional unless perhaps for a very formal event where certain looks might not be appreciated… I’m definitely not one to say of unconventional color, because I already have natural lips in s color that most buy in a bullet and would claim it as unconventional.. Very dark purple with red and plum.. It doesn’t make sense with my features and in the current MLBB post, what I put are all lighter, but flattering enough to the natural color but, again, had I listed a true mlbb.. I doubt believability.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Again, if it works, who am I to label unconventionality? Everything I can think of, I can easily rationalize.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? After application of a child’s korean lippie!
Your skin tone/coloring: Light olive
Favorite unconventional lip color?: Grey toned browns! MAC Fresh Brew must be my favorite nude ever!!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way?: I always always match my lips and cheeks by using the lipstick I chose that day on my cheeks too
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone?: This summer I used a hot pink lipstick for the first time ever. Can’t say it will happen again soon though ahah
Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair/neutral; auburn hair, hazel/green eyes
Favorite unconventional lip color? Right now, it’s Nyx’s Wicked in Trickery (the khaki one). Previously, it has been bright purple or blurple.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I sometimes use powdered blush to give lipstick a velvet texture.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? This fall I’m really getting into the dark, vampy shades that are coming out. I used to avoid most of them because of my fair skin and full lips, but now, I’m really liking them. I don’t know if it’s an age thing or what. But I’m going with it.
Rachel, as a fellow fair as fair can be pale skinned woman with bright green/Aqua eyes, who used to dye hair black and all shades of red, I can promise you how appealing and flattering the darker shades will suit you! Be wary of the tone, and you’ll see an attractive female, lit up eyes sparkling from the deep purple/red/plummy lips and red hair! So gorgeous. Have you picked any up yet in particular? 🙂
Thank you, Lotus. It helps to hear from someone with experience with my type of coloring. I didn’t want to look too pale or washed out, or have my lips take over my face. 🙂
I have bought some inexpensive ones to play with. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money in case I hated the vampy look on me. I love OCC Black Metal Dahlia. The regular OCC Black Dahlia, too.
I also bought: Max Factor in Hipster and Wine Not. Performance Colors in Black Rose, Vamp, Black Cherry and Badlands. Nyx Simply Vamp chubbie in She Devil (a little patchy). Wet n Wild Fergie in Ferguson Crest Cabernet. Wet n Wild Megalast Vamp It Up and Cherry Bomb.
Hi, Rachel! Yes, you are totally welcome! I always think that finding out this type of information is helpful if someone with similar coloring can speak up! 😀 I think you made beautiful choices, color-wise, to at least see how awake they can make you look! The pale skin looks like a doll, tidy cheeks pop out more and the eyes sparkle with all the contrasting colors that both bring out and accentuate our coloring! A deep purple/red/black against pale skin with green eyes? They look blue! With your hair, there’s enough warmth that you don’t look frozen! I really hope you enjoy experimenting! Thank you for sharing with me! 😀
Your skin tone/coloring: Deep/NC50

Unconventional lip – Viva Glam Rihana 2, sometimes I layer it with a red gloss to vamp up the red, but by itself it’s very unconventional on me

Comfort zone – wearing VGR2 on it’s own with my pale skin
My skin tone/coloring : Ridiculously pale with neutral undertones.

Beauty product I use in an unconventional way : I’ve used liquid eyeliner in place of lipstick when I needed a longwearing product in an unusual color.
Last time I stepped out of my beauty comfort zone : I went to a party last night with designs in eyeliner all over my face, arms, and chest. My comfort zone has no limits.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair/neutral (NC15)
Favorite unconventional lip color? I like when other people wear black and dark dark red lipsticks, but I’m too old and conservative to wear them myself. Maybe the dark red I would…

Beauty product you use in an unconventional way: Can’t think of any besides using a bronzer as an eyeshadow sometimes.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone?: I don’t know, but i’m always trying different looks and playing around with bold, crazy colors so always basically lol. But I don’t usually wear them out because I find myself to look 1000x better in neutrals.
Skin: Pale
Fave Unconventional Lip: I’m old so I am pretty conventional : )
Beauty Product Used in unconventional way: n/a
Last time you stepped out of comfort zone: wearing a darker lipstick then I ever have. I started
that about 2 years ago. I am a product of the pale lips 60’s – and now I am getting back to color but not bright color. You girls go for it – the bright colors are gorgeous!!

Favorite unconventional lip colour? I would love to own Kat Von D Poe, so pretty!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Not terribly unconventional, but I tend to use eyeshadow to set my under eye area.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? Today actually. I did my eye look without eyeliner, and I never do that ever! It looked good actually, it made my eyelashes look really long, and you could really see all the eyeshadow work.
■Your skin tone/coloring: NW20
■Favorite unconventional lip color? Cyan! Blue seems universally flattering.
■Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? A beautiful peacock teal metallic mica eyeshadow I pressed onto my lips after priming with lip balm made a comfortable and long-lasting “lipstick.” I also use a sample of sunbathing oil as a overnight hair mask since it has argan and murumuru oil in it!
■Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? When I started wearing bright lipsticks to work (orange, neon pink, stoplight red). When I started wearing glitter and metallic eye shades on my hooded eyes- they are pretty and I am tired of wearing mattes because “the rules” say hooded eyes should use matte shades!

Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Powder after some Cream lipsticks to turn them Matte.

Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I think I use my real techniques brushes in unconventional way
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? Tried coral even orange blush. Your skin tone/coloring: NW20-ish; strongly cool undertones with some golden tan on top
Favorite unconventional lip color? purple, would love to try a dark blue, but not sure where I would wear it.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I like to use a very moisturizing hand cream like CeraVe in the big tub on my face at night to seal in serums, oils, etc.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? Well, I’m 59 and just started wearing make-up (more than clear lip balm and clear mascara to tame my eyebrows) about four years ago, because I couldn’t find an un-tinted, all-mineral sunscreen that I liked for my face, so the fact that I’m now wearing a full face of makeup, including iridescent/metallic blue, green, and purple eyeshadows on my crepe-y old lids says it all, I guess! The “rules” are definitely there to be broken, my eye makeup sounds all wrong on paper, but I’ve had compliments on it from all kinds of people — the guy who checks out my groceries, the ladies in their 80s and 90s where I work/volunteer, makeup artists at my local Sephora and ULTA — and I really enjoy those few minutes of creativity with color in the morning.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC50
Favorite unconventional lip color? I don’t own any!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I use Monistat Anti-Chafing Gel as a face primer, and it works beautifully!

Your skin tone/coloring: Light-Medium, Neutral-Warm (NC20-NW25)
Favorite unconventional lip color? – Pale lavender purple! or Navy blue!
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? – For a more dramatic or costume look, I like to use eyeshadow to highlight my lips for extra sparkle or metallic shine (especially when I don’t want to use a wet-looking gloss)
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? – I did a very dramatic black cat eye the other day and went around my entire eye- usually I just do a liquid or gel on top, usually a pretty thin line, and then maybe smoke out a little medium or dark eyeshadow on the bottom. This time, I went full-on black all the way around with a big fat thick wing too. It looked cool!
Your skin tone/coloring: NW15-20

Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? Black eyeliner as a lip liner…
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? When I left home with no makeup on.. LOL
Your skin tone/coloring: Porcelain

Your skin tone/coloring: Extremely fair and neutral cool
Favorite unconventional lip color? Whatever I concoct with my Lip Tar primaries.
Beauty product you use in an unconventional way? I sometimes use concealer as eyeshadow primer, especially when I don’t really care if it’s perfect. Then I’ve used lipstick as blush, and eyeshadow primer as lip primer — that’s trickier.
Last time you stepped out of your beauty comfort zone? I don’t know… I’m not overly confident with bright lip colors in the day time but sometimes I dive in anyway. I’m sure that’s the last time.
Your skin tone/coloring: light/medium, warm undertones
