Best brow bone highlighter? Benefit High Brow pencil (seriously!)
Best cheek highlighter? Just one? Come ON!!!! Mary Lou Manizer, Dior’s LE Glowing Pink Nude Air highlighter (from last year), Becca Pearl powder highlighter, Guerlain Cruel Gardenia (from quite a few years ago)
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? Either the lightest shade in MAC’s LE Posh Pedigree palette or the lightest shade in Chanel’s Tisse Gabrielle quad….that one is probably the MOST perfect tear duct highlight.
I am very pale with pink undertones. Lately I’ve been using the KVD Alchemist pallet all over! I top my brow bone with the Anastasia pro-pencil, then highlight with the Emerald shade, For inner corner of my use I’m using Amethyst after the brush has been sprayed with setting spray. The setting spray really makes it nice and bright. Cheeks, with the Opal.
My favorite is definitely the Emerald on the brow bone. I never thought a green highlight would work, but it’s actually really pretty!!!

Same! It has become my favorite highlighter, though the Nyx duochromes (pink & purple) are great dupes.

Best brow highlight: Right now I am loving the pale almost pink color in the Chanel Code Subtils palette
Best check highlight: Right now I am loving Bobbi Brown’s highlighter in Pink Glow
Best inner tear duct highlighter: Hands down, Kat Von D Thunderstruck.
I want to eat that color in the Subtils palette. 🙂 The new line of shadows (singles) in creams and powders went up on the Chanel site yesterday. Have a look! Trouble ahead!

I tried to buy Thunderstruck for what seemed like years but was probably only one year and couldn’t find it on-line or in stores. It was always sold out. Just before it came back in stock at Sephora I found one lone shadow at a Sephora in Seattle. I snapped it up and have used it as my inner corner highlight ever since, until I opened it the other day and it was mysteriously shattered. It is a beautiful complex shadow.

Best brow bone highlighter? I don’t use one, but if I do, it’s gotta be a matte white shade
Best cheek highlighter? I like the clean de peau pastel highlighter for winter (and tarte showstopper palette highlighter), and Becca champagne pop for summer)
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? I don’t use one. It makes my makeup unnatural

Best brow bone highlighter? I like MAC Mylar and Blanc Type, or MAC Emphasize powder.

Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? Kevyn Aucoin Brighten from the second contour book, or whatever I’m using on my cheeks. MUG Shimma Shimma is nice for high-shine!

Your skin tone/coloring: really fair with neutral to cool undertone.
Best brow bone highlighter? My preference there goes to a matte highlighter and I love viseart lightest shade in the neutral matte and cool matte palettes. Their pigmentation is intense enough to actually highlight on my skintone.
Best cheek highlighter? Chanel plumes de camélia if I want an icy highlighter. Otherwise my beloved laura mercier matte radiance!
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? Any shimmery or metallic and intense shadow in term of pigmentation. I often use my cheek highlighter too!
Your skin tone/ coloring: fair skin, neutral tone, black hair, blue/ grey eyes
Best browbone highlighter? Mac Dazzlelight- I like that it isn’t clearly cool or warm toned
Best cheek highlighter? Hourglass Diffused Light
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? Rouge Bunny Rouge Alabaster Starling- not as harsh as white or silver, but very brightening

Don’t have one. I use whatever is around or is in the quad. This questions tells me I should maybe pay more attention.
Best cheek highlighter?
I am far from a highlighter maven, and I only like a subtle touch. The ones I like are Laura Mercier Matte Radiance 01 (#1), and Becca Opal (#2).
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color?
I know this is application is in the MUA 101 handbook, but I rarely like it. It does little for me. If anything, I’ll lighten the top on the tear duct only. In fact, I find it distracting on others at times. Sometimes, I want to say, “You’ve got something to wipe off there,” then I realize it’s intentional. 🙂 Not a huge fan of this technique because it really doesn’t much work for me.
Funny but I was told the same thing re: skin tone/coloring. And I agree on the inner tear duct highlight – I don’t see that it does anything for me so don’t use it.

Brow bone highlighter : My go- tos are MAC Vanilla or Blanc Type
Cheek Highlighter : I prefer subtle highlights like MAC Lightscapade, Benefit High Beam or Essence Be My Highlight
Inner corner highlight: I don’t typically do the inner corner highlight thing bc my eyes water a lot bc of allergies. I do like MAC Phloof for that purpose. Maybe MAC Nylon

Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? depends on the color scheme I’m using, but I usually just use either whatever brow bone highlighter I used, or my actual cheek highlighter
Your skintone/ coloring: Medium w/ olive undertones MAC NC37 or Lancôme Teint Idole 24H Foundation N360
Best browbone highlighter: MAC Orb! My eyes are very hooded, so I love that Orb has a matte look to it, but because it’s in reality a satin, everything blends very nicely and meshes well with it. It also lightens my browbone just a bit and hides any redness from tweezing stray brows.
Best cheek highlighter: Ooh, this is a tough choice! It’s a toss up between ColourPop Might Be, ABH Kitty Kat or MAC Whisper Of Gilt. All faves of mine! If I want something more refined, then my fave is Laura Mercier 01 Matte Radiance Highlight.
Best inner corner/ tear duct highlighter; MAC Nylon or Dazzlelight, hands down! Or, if I want a light gold highlight there, then Empriente du Desert quad ‘s light gold shade is perfection!
I love ABH Kitty Kat too!
Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones; magenta/red hair; hazel/green eyes.
Best brow bone highlighter? I change it up all the time, depending on the colors I’m using, and if my eye palette of the day has one. Notoriously Morbid Osteomancy, MAC Vellum, the three large pans in Too Faced Totally Cute Palette, The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer, Southern Magnolia Minerals Silk High Brow Bone and Cheek Highlighter Enhancer Powder are some favorites off the top of my head.
Best cheek highlighter? Notoriously Morbid Highlighter in Osteomancy is my favorite for pale skin with cool or neutral undertones. It’s a beautiful shimmery white with a strong violet shift. Amazing! I’m also a huge fan of The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer; Looxi Beauty Highlighters in Pandora, Luna, and Voodoo; the entire ABH Glow Kit in Moonchild; and KVD Alchemist palette.

I like those three large pans in the Totally Cute Palette too!
They turn it into a eye and cheek palette for me. I use the three of them on my eyes and face all the time. They justify the cost of the palette for me.
Skin tone is light-medium
Cheekbone and eyebrow highlighter is Becca poured Opal
Best inner year duct highlighter is Mally Moonstone eye shadow sticks
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain with pink undertones
Best brow bone highlighter? The first shade in the Sephora It palette nudes has a lovely matt vanilla shade that I use.
Best cheek highlighter? Mary Lou
Best inner tear duct highlighter/colour? I often use Half Baked from either Naked 1 or Naked 2. Sometimes I use the soft pale blue shade from Les Gris by Guerlain or Sin from UD.

Best inner tear duct highlighter: I don’t always use one but when I do I don’t want anything too bright so it usually isn’t a highlighter I want a more natural look so I will use a light cream color eye shadow just to wake up the eye area.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair and warm, very yellow/gold undertones
Best brow bone highlighter? Benefit High Brow, Loreal Infallible Endless Pearl, Stila Kitten
Best cheek highlighter? Essence Pure Nude and It’s Hello Light Anti-Aging Powder Luminizer. (I prefer my cheek highlighters champagne or skin toned and subtle.)
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? Mac Nylon, MG Shimma Shimma, Inglot 453
Medium light, neutral leaning cool, skin tone, Dark Blond, blue-grey eyes.
Favorite brow bone highlight- The cream shade from the Marc Jacobs Lolita palette or an even mix of the white and lightest cream shades from the Viseart Neutral Matte palette. On a regular day though I will probably just use what is available in the palette I’m using.
Favorite cheekbone highlighter- Natural look: Laura Mercier Matte 01, Intense look: BECCA Opal or Moonstone.
Favorite tear duct highlighter- I don’t usually use one but if I do it is more of a satin light cream like Urban Decay’s Venus. I think this technique can go terribly wrong if it “unbalances” the eye and distracts from everything else on the face.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair/light (Lancome N90 Ivorie, ELDW 1N1, UD All Nighter 0.5)
Best brow bone highlighter? Usually the lightest shade in what palette I am using (ABH Modern Renaissance Tempera is one of my favorites, Lorac Undercover from the Unzipped palette, MUG White Lies)
Best cheek highlighter? My favorite right now is ABH Forever Young from the Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit; close second is The Balm Mary LouManizer
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? MAC Tutu from the Nutcracker Sweet palette if I want a gorgeous glow or ABH Forever Lit from the Nicole Glow Kit for a more icy inner corner pop!

Best brow bone highlighter? I like the shimmery shade of the ABH highlighting duo pencil in Camille/Sand.
Best cheek highlighter? Tough decision! My all time favorite would have to be Becca Pearl, but I am also really loving the Becca Prismatic Amethyst.
Best inner tear duct highlighter/color? I really don’t utilize an inner tear duct highlighter – if I do I just reach for a light shimmery shade of eye shadow.
