Coloring: Light, neutral; dark-featured.
Least flattering: Orange/coral.
Most flattering: Nudes; with the addition of gloss/sheer top-coat for added depth, nudes can be flattering on everyone, as long as skintone/coloring are factored in.
What I wear no matter what: My lips are on the smaller/thinner side, and although many believe dark, vampy mattes don’t work well, that’s false. I pull them off just fine.

Most flattering lip color on you? Corals and berries. Because of my neutral coloring, I can wear warm or cool corals, and they make my skin look creamy and bright. Berry colors set off my natural flush.
Shade you wear no matter what others think of? Red. It’s bold and may come off harsh considering my paleness, but I love it.

No matter what: I’ll go for a really bright pink or red. It feels out of my comfort zone, but I enjoy wearing it. I also recently discovered bright coral/orange and like it on me too.

Shade I wear no matter what others think: I wear my dark reds out in public all the time. People think that it’s too much ( because I live in an area where most people don’t even wear makeup at all or do the bare minimum, so any noticeable makeup is deemed “too much” ) but I could care less! Dark reds are my favorite lip color and it’s not one that many people can pull off. It’s a color that I can feel confident wearing because I know no one else can rock it like I can! Wearing red gives me a boost of confidence that makes me feel like I look beautiful no matter what! So I can never wear my dark red shades and feel bad!

Shades I wear no matter what: Chile I’m 49 and have worn makeup over 30 years now. I know what I can and can’t get away with. I feel my chocolate complexion gives me lots of versatility and I use it. Besides, I’m the boss of me – I wear what I love to work and to play. This includes dark blood reds, purples, vampy dark colors and darker orange lippies which look great on my skin especially in the summer. For nudes, I wear brownish pinks and brown tinged peach colors.
NC43 (Cool/Neutral UNdertones with Dark hair and eyes)

Most Flattering – peachy-corals or warm / neutral pinks. Some of my faves at the moment are MAC Haute Attitude, Maybelline Whisper (the coral one), MAC ravishing
And I’ll wear the brightest orangest lipsticks I want, I don’t care what anyone says, I love them!
I’m a warm, pale complexion (NC15) with light golden blonde hair and blue eyes.
Chocolate brown lipstick looks awful on me, while raspberry red looks great. Being so fair, I probably shouldn’t wear deep, dark, vampy lip colour, but I just can’t resist!

Most flattering lip color on you? Red with a hint of brown in it, or wine/plum colours. Amazingly flattering, and the plums are quite close to my natural lip colour.

Least flattering: Dark purple, nude and brown come to mind, all three can look very bad on me.
Most flattering: medium to deep and bold pinks, dark pink, red berry, peachy pink, coral, red with a bit of orange like Mac On hold.
Shade I wear no matter what others think: My boldest is Mac Girl About Town, though I have felt a little out of place while wearing it sometimes, so I would have to say the shade is Chanel Exaltee, I feel at my best when wearing it and could never feel intimidated of wearing such a pretty color. 🙂

I don’t often (b/c it’s a high maintenance shade), but dark plums/vampy red.
Colouring: Fair, cool tones, pink undertones with a touch of redness on cheeks
Least flattering: Browny-nudes, that new Illamasqua lilac lippie (lol I still love it and wear it though!!)
Most flattering: Peaches, corals, vampy lipsticks
