Last eyeshadow palette you used? ND Metropolis and Alter Ego’s dupe version, Artemis — I was comparing and contrasting.
Last perfume you wore? I rarely wear perfume but when I do, it’s Thierry Mugler’s Angel.
Have you tried the new reformulation of Angel since L’Oreal took over Mugler? Mugler Alien has been one of my very favorite perfumes ever since it was released, and I just tested the new version the other day, comparing the two by spraying one on each hand. Unfortunately, they ruined the fragrance. The new one lacks the warmth, depth, and complexity of the original. It smells watered down. I’m so depressed. My original bottle of Alien is almost empty and I won’t be buying the new version. They discontinued Angel Muse, but I was able to snag a bottle of it before it’s gone.
Interesting you mention this. I remember kind of liking Angel, but recently I smelled it in an airport store and I was surprised I wasn’t liking it (but I couldn’t understand why). And now I realized that it lacked the warmth and depth you mentioned.
It’s so sad that these beautiful fragrances have been altered this way.
Thanks for that info. My boyfriend had bought me the bottle I have literally years ago (that’s how infrequently I use it), and since they are no longer cruelty free, I wouldn’t purchase anyway.

I like Alien a lot. I don’t understand why they have to reformulate scents, it’s so annoying. I’ve bought other perfumes, that I’ve used for years, and suddenly they smell wrong, and don’t work at all.

Last eyeshadow palette you used? Urban Decay Foxy Mini Naked palette with two shades from Sydney Grace x Mel Thompson palette. Specifically: Tree Hopper for a little warmth in my transition, and Fire Butts on the inner corner lid area, because it just fits!
Last perfume you wore? Maison Mariela Beach Walk…dang, I wish I could go to the beach IRL!
I’m literally on my last few applications of the Youth to the People Dream Eye Cream.
What do you think of it? It’s the only eye cream i’ve used that doesn’t give me milia under my eyes and because of that, I loved it but now i’m questioning whether it actually benefits my under eyes and whether I should look about a bit.
But then that sounds exhausting!
Well, I would have to say that YTTP Dream Cream is one of a very few eye creams that I have used that doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes or cause any skin issues, either. I do feel that it does do a fantastic job at keeping my eye area very well hydrated and even a little plumped up (in a good way!), too. HTH!

Last skincare product you finished? I’m on the last application of my Paula’s Choice BHA exfoliant, does that count? Tho I’m going to take a break from it I think as I’m sure my skin has got used to it too much.
Last eyeshadow palette you used? Hindash Beautopsy Palette. It was a quick neutrals-in-the-crease look.
Last perfume you wore? Jo Malone Scarlette Poppy which is so yummy and summery but absolutely rubbish with longevity, which is such a shame. Doesn’t stop me dousing myself in it tho.
I love that site. But it’s a crock that the two gradient eye palettes were the first. Vincent Luongo had a small hard case w/replaceable gradient pans, in the oughts, I think, at least the brand and gradient are right. The time and replacement aspect might be wrong. Sorry that brand is gone…again, I think. Makeup dementia is real!

Your skin tone/coloring: Above, specifically a pink with some peach that makes it more cool-neutral than extreme cool. my hair has a copper-red gloss on it (it doesn’t look copper because it is darker than that and more subtle, but it gives a noticeable red tint)
