Favorite Highlighter Formula: I prefer powders because for some reason creams and liquids do weird things to my dry skin. The highlight shade in the hourglass ambient palette is my go to because I don’t like a lot of glam highlight

Favorite liquid lipstick formula? Not a big liquid lipstick fan, but I love the richness and texture of Armani’s Maestro formula.
Favorite highlighter formula? NARS liquid luminators can’t be beat!
Favorite eyeliner formula? For liquid, Urban Decay; pencil, Estee Lauder; gel liner, MAC. I personally prefer liquid liner out of the three of time, but Maybelline’s new kohl is helping me rediscover my love of the softer pencil look.

Favorite liquid lipstick formula? Loving the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet lipsticks. They go on matte and last forever!

Skin tone/coloring: Porcelain with cool undertones
Favorite Liquid Lipstick: I’m not a huge fan of liquid lipsticks, but Shiseido Lacquer Gloss is my favorite “hybrid” type formula. It’s the only one that I find hydrating and totally comfortable.
Favorite Highlighter: Benefit Watt’s Up as it is incredibly easy to use (cream-to-powder formula) and subtle.
Favorite Eyeliner: If I’m in a hurry, a gel pencil type (Chantecaille, Clinique Intense, and Laura Mercier are all good). If I have plenty of time, a cake liner with an angled brush is my pick (Chanel is my favorite here, but Clinique is very good as well). If I need something to last forever, Buxom Hold the Line cannot be beat. It outlasts even UD’s 24/7 pencils.
.Skin tone/coloring: Palest porcelain with neutral undertones and a cool lean in eye and hair color.
.Fav Liquid Lipstick: This is tough for me! I’d probably say Lip Tar but I sort of categorize it as its own unique sort of lip pigment product. Maybe KVD’s formula, but I only have three shades all in bolder colors (Outlaw, L.U.V, and Vampira) so I can’t speak to the lighter ones. I’m trying Pretty Zombie Cosmetics liquid lippie in 3 Witches soon and I’m excited for that. The only liquid lippy I dislike that others seem to love are the Stila ones. They don’t dry down on me so they’re just transfer happy and supper slippery on me. Love my liquid lippies.
.Favorite Highlighter Formula: AH! Also, tough! I like different highlighters on different days. If I had to pick, I suppose I’d pick liquid because it’s easy to incorporate into your foundation/primer/tinted moisturizer/etc. But I love me my cream sticks and powders as well. I like NARS Albatross for when I’m feeling super vixen-y and want some sparkle. Otherwise, Kevin Aucoin/Benefit/and a few others make highlighting products I like.
.Toughest questions ever, Christine! Favorite eyeliner formula is impossible. I love gels, liquids, pencils, and powders. They’re all so great for different things! I suppose my favorite liquids are Stila, TheBalm, and Eyeko. My favorite cake powder is Clinique. My favorite gels are NARS and Bobbi Brown. But any eyeshadow is a potential liner for me 🙂 For pencils I tend to favor Stila.
Ditto on the Stila pencil eyeliners… The product is great. If only the packaging didn’t SUCK! They break so easily, not the pencil itself, but the thing that twists the product up (can’t use it if you can’t get the product to come up) and/or the cap (if it breaks, the product dries out in less than a day and it’s game over!)

Favorite liquid lipstick formula? I don’t have one, yet. I’m on the hunt, though.
Favorite highlighter formula? Liquids or powders. I love creams, too, but they can sometimes stick to my dry skin in a weird way. Liquids can be really versatile and often times more subtle, but powders are convenient and sit nicely on my skin. My favorite liquid formula is BECCA’s, but
I also love Josie Maran’s. Don’t have a fav powder formula. I prefer the ones that are more refined in texture.
Favorite eyeliner formula? I’m a gel liner kind of woman. MAC Fluidline has been my go to for many years. For some reason, this is the only one that doesn’t smudge onto my lids at all. I’m interested in trying the YSL one now that WWENDY mentioned in another post, though. Never thought to try a YSL liner.

■Favorite liquid lipstick formula? Stila Liquid Lip Color. So matte. They’re drying, big whoop. NYX Matte Lip Creams feel nice but they’re just not as opaque as I’d like. Giorgio Armani is just not matte enough. I do wanna try the Too Faced Melteds though! I need to visit my local Macy’s.
■Favorite highlighter formula? Well, I finally learned to love my Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder palette! They’re nice and sheeny, not in your face disco ball. It’s nearly impossible to be heavy handed with them. HG higlighters right there!
■Favorite eyeliner formula? I loved gel but my eyeliner wings faded quite fast thanks to watery eyes/oily lids. So I’ll take liquid, Physicians Formula 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner in Ultra Black, thank you. Holy freaking Grail liquid liner. I’ll never get over it.
Your skin tone/coloring: I’m a NW13 in mac, but at this time of the year I might be a NW15 right 🙂
Favorite liquid lipstick formula? Too Faced melted in Melted ruby is pretty great.

Coloring: probably tanned up to a NW 30; you can’t help it, when you live at the beach + walk dogs.
Liquid Lipstick: think I’m too old. bought one of the grand KVD reds + my lips wound up 1/2 their normal size + felt like they were shrink wrapped. If OCC matte tars count, they are fine.
Highlighter: powder. HG Incandescent or Nars Albatross.
Eyeliner: straight up pencil. UD or Stila (thanks once again, just starting to fill in the rainbow with those beauties.) because IT’S ALL ABOUT COLOR for me. The black liners are always the longest in the jars. Followed by the browns….

Skin tone: I am incredibly pale- I need to mix white foundation with the lightest shade of what I use, usually.
Favorite Liquid Lipstick: Does OCC count? I don’t have many high end products, the only pricier products I own in the lip department are OCC lip tar in Rollergirl and Kat Von D’s Everlasting Love Liquid Lipstick in Armageddon. Both are neck in neck, though.
Favorite Highlighter: I haven’t highlighted much, I plan on experimenting with it though!
Favorite Eyeliner Formula: I LOVE NYX’s gel liner. For me, it’s more black than Maybelline’s Eye Studio. Love it!

Favorite liquid lipstick formula? I’ve got some OCC lip tars but I find them tricky to use as they’re a lot less forgiving that a solid lipstick, you have to be so precise with the application.
Favorite highlighter formula? I use a realtively matte MUFE powder for everyday but I like the mineralized MAC highlighters for evening.
Favorite eyeliner formula? Still love MAC fluidlines, I get a neater, more precise line with a slanted brush than I coudl ever manage with a liquid liner and they last all day on me. I do wanna try the new Benefit liner pen tho’.
Your skin tone/coloring: Deep with golden undertones. NC45, UD 9.0, Nars Macao
Favorite liquid lipstick formula? Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvets. They feel moisturizing on the lips, but they’re matte. It’s crazy!
Favorite highlighter formula? Definitely powder; I find creams and liquids hard to blend out before they get splotchy. I like theBalm Betty-Lou Manizer.
Favorite eyeliner formula? A very creamy pencil for convenience, but in terms of look, I prefer gel. Mac Blacktrack is worth the hype.
